To use the LAFCU app, you must be enrolled as a LAFCU digital banking user.
-Keep your transactions organized by allowing you to add tags, notes and photos of receipts and checks.
If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

This credit union app is incredible and fits in well with an incredible credit union that I have now join. I’m so happy I’ve made the switch to this group and LAFCU is Dwayne much more than previous credit union.
The chat line has been incredibly well staffed and responsive during the hours they say they support it, most times getting back to me within 10 minutes.

Too busy. Too many areas to tap to go into what you need. You can’t jump on and get a quick look, you have to tap several areas and then scroll for information that was once at you fingertips first tap.

With the newest edition of the this app app, I find it to be one of the best credit union/banking apps I’ve used! For checking/savings functions it wants for nothing! I don’t use it for any other functions, but as I previously stated it’s superb for checking/savings!

If I could give the review no stars I would. The previous version of this was way better. The notifications that the account has had a transaction is very delayed like several hrs closer to 12 hrs in some cases. The previous version was instant and told where the money was going. The layout is cumbersome. The previous layout was more user friendly.

I loved the old, simple app. This update is confusing and kicks me out in the middle of using it about 50% of the time. That plus the way transaction details are listed make it take extraordinary longer to balance my checkbook and do the budget. I think I might have to do those things using the website, instead. Bummer! Bring back the old app!

LAFCU looks nice and that’s about it. Difficult to navigate without having to jump all over the place. Hard to see an overall view. Missing information where it’s needed. Good thing I am phasing this app out and moving my business to another CU. They just get worse and worse each year.

The new website is not friendly. It is so hard to read. The previous site was so much more user friendly. And even if i were to do your tutorial that you offered, it does not fix the layout of your site and how confusing and non user friendly it is.

This “update” is NOT user friendly.
I used to check my this app app frequently, but now, looking at LAFCU is actually hard on my eyes, the print is too small and the lack of color contrast makes the categories (deposits/debits/etc) all blend together.
This sure doesn’t look like an “update”. I hope this app didn’t pay good money for someone to design this junk.

I would give zero stars if I could. This has got to be the worse update for LAFCU. It’s very confusing and is not out together well at all. I prefer the old app to this new confusing out of touch app. Please rethink LAFCU and go back to the simple self explanatory user friendly app.

I typically use LAFCU to check my balance in my checking account and transactions. There are now many steps in order to get the account information. The old app had a simple design that was more user friendly.

Doesn’t show due dates on loans from the main menu. You have to click on each one and back out to see another. It’s like your trying to get members to miss payments so they can be charged late fees

As a 26 year old I thought I’d be able to figure LAFCU update out in no time but it’s SO CONFUSING. I can’t imagine what it’s like for older people who already have a hard time using technology. This update is trash.
