  Horrible update

  I would give zero stars if I could. This has got to be the worse update for this app. It’s very confusing and is not out together well at all. I prefer the old app to this new confusing out of touch app. Please rethink this app and go back to the simple self explanatory user friendly app.

  Garbage so far

  I had to download this new app and it doesn’t even load ? Keeps throwing a something is wrong on our end flag? Definitely starting to get turned away from LAFCU more and more !

  This app is a disaster compared to the old one. Very disappointing that they have to turn a good app into a chaotic mess. Please fix.

  Too many steps

  I typically use the app to check my balance in my checking account and transactions. There are now many steps in order to get the account information. The old app had a simple design that was more user friendly.
