Every time I change money to my cash app it never does it until after 12 am
Why make a whole new app when you can just update the old one? I tried to log in and see my balance real quick and instead I had to download a new app and re-input all my information

Will never use bank again. Wasnt able to login and had to change my password 6 times.
The mobile banking is slow on showing transactions. Money transfers are also slow it take forever for it to get to my account even if I do instant.
This bank gives me so many problems since 2017. The mobile app doesn’t load in the morning around the same time everyday. When i try to deposit checks through the mobile app the bank rejects it saying it “looks suspicious.” Zelle only lets you send 50 dollars for like a month and then it lets you send more after the month. The whole bank and app should be thrown away.
Was really hoping that this app got their self together to produce a decent app since the last one was garbage and the website is also trash. But FHNB did not achieve my hopes. I don’t know why y’all have such a problem with digital banking but one out of every ten times I can actual log into my account and see it. Just so you know this makes me want to stop banking with you because it is such a hassle to access my accounts.
If you know how to follow directions it’s easy to download and use. Common sense is a virtue.

The Money Management features are really helpful. I like being able to track my spending. I love that I can add in loans and credit cards I have with other banks and see all my accounts. This new app is a big improvement over the old app.

Same garbage service. Now I have separate apps to download to manage my this app credit on one app and my this app Checking and savings in another app. Seriously, it’s 2020 and this is what y’all come Up with? I’m done with this bank. Literally any other bank has easier apps that don’t lock you out randomly every month or so and don’t require multiple apps to handle multiple accounts.
