IM not happy with my order ice was metaled and LOTS OF BLOOD IN MEET NOT COLD IT WAS 2 DAYS LATE I GOT IT AT EAVENING WET BOX LEFT OUT TOMAOTO HAMBUGER BUN WERE FULL OF ANTS NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THIS BOX AGIAN!!! PLS GIVE A NUBER TO CALL NO ONE WOULD HELP ME AT EMAIL ITS BAD DO NOT recommend bad service sorry for all caps.

Please cancel my subscription I only wanted 1 box The box delivered on Sunday 6th February at 7 am was found outside Applewood Retirement Village gates by someone at 10.30 am. My email does not work when attempting to login, I pd thru paypal...my 1st box was missing the carrots and I thought I cancelled subscription but got a new box 2 days ago...went into paypal again following instructions that do not exist in paypal as you set forth so I just removed paypal as payor. It was reported delivered at 10:15 and wasn't. At around 12:20, it was here. Meanwhile, I was looking for it all over the building. And asking around. Wasting a lot of time. Please use someone else to deliver it. That will be swell. Thanks.

I need to cancel Every Plate. I believe the offerings would be very good, but at 88 years of age, it takes me forever to get past step 1. Also, your website says it's very easy to cancel, but there is no place to cancel. Please let me know that my cancellation has been activated with the final date included. Thank you.

My connection to Everyplate is now working. Everything is in pale print and will not respond to any clicks. I assumed that I had been shut down because I had skipped so many weeks. Just think how surprised I was to see a charge on my account and now UPS notice that I will receive a box. Please let me know what to do. I did close a previous account under leichtere@redacted.

Last week I deactivated my account when my second order arrived. I am 82 years old, live alone and had not realized I would get another box without ordering it. It is too expensive as It caters for 2. I had far too much food with 2 boxes arriving. I do not wish to remain a customer. Therefore I deactivated my account via the web. Now 3rd week and another box arrived. Again I went to the web and deactivated and cancelled my account again yesterday, ( which was Monday the 8th of February.. I would like confirmation from Every Plate that I have been cancelled and be assured no more boxes would be arriving. I am wasting food and throwing far too much out... It is sad that we cannot just speak to someone to sort things out. Every Plate web sights are not good as they allow you to deactivate, but there is no follow up to acknowledge your request to deactivate or cancel. One goes to customer service and it does not take your request, just tells you to re word it. Crazy! I am sorry I ever got involved with them.

My box did not arrive on the Friday as promised. I tried contacting customer service through the live chat since phone service is only available on weekdays. I was on a chat waiting for an agent 3 separate times on Saturday totaling over 1 hour of waiting. I tried a couple times on Sunday as well. No answer through live chat all weekend. I tried calling on Monday afternoon and was on hold for 20 mins before I had to hang up because no one was answering. There is no form or email for contact on their app or website. Did the business go bankrupt?!?!?! I would appreciate my money back and my account cancelled if that is the case.

I just was going to order first week's meal first you take the money then you show the recipes that's a little backwards isn't it you're doing the same thing that happy fresh or whatever it's called did and I canceled them but I'm canceling you now because you did the same thing took the money show the menu and then you pick the meals and I don't want those meals so I want my money back and I'm canceling you're a shitty outfit

Received my delivery yesterday & was a real mess! Box had apparently been opened or had broken open at some point. One flap was torn off & the box had been retapped & the tape was coming loose. Two of the ice packs had thawed completely, The meat was thawed but still cold. Onion stems were brown & wilted, one potato was shriveled & soft & a green bell pepper was also wilted. There was a package of condiments that held a slice of bread, hosion sauce, sour cream & 2 different spices. I have been cooking for a long time & know how to use what was sent - however- no recipe cards were included. Very disappointed

Terrible

I am not someone who usually writes reviews but this one is so bad. Not sure if the app is bad but the service provided surely is. I started with this as my first time purchasing a meal delivery service because they offered a really good price per serving, the recipes seemed like they would be good also so I chose 4 to start with and waited. My first delivery should have been July 24, 2020. It didn’t arrive on that Friday and I started looking for some tracking information. Despite being told I would get an email when it shipped I didn’t and so I tried the contact us option. I was forever waiting with no response from anyone. Then I realized there was an app so I downloaded that and it did provide a way to track my shipment. Tracking said would deliver on Saturday until about 8pm and then it changed to pending with no reason or explanation why. So around 11am on Monday my box of food was finally delivered and guess what. Nothing is cold or even remotely cool. So now I’m back trying to contact customer service and when I call the phone number says their having issues and to chat on the website. Try that and no response there either. At this point I just want my money back for all this hot food you sent me.

Not Worth It

The all is great, but useless because EveryPlate is not. I desperately want to give EveryPlate a good review, but I can't. Although the meals are delicious and the recipes make it easy to prep/cook (especially as someone who never cooks) and the prices are great, every week since I've started, maybe 8 weeks, I've had a problem with the products. Every single week. The first week one of the packets of chicken I got was bad and therefore, unusable. The second week I got ground beef and all of my meals were chicken. The 3rd week a zucchini that came with it was already going bad before I could use it. And every week thereafter I've been missing stuff in my box. The entire purpose of this is to save me the time of going to the grocery store and every week I have to go to the grocery store to buy the stuff they neglect to put in the box. It's ridiculous. They won't even offer you a refund or send you the products you're missing. They just give you a credit towards your next box which is useless because the next box is missing what you need. I strongly urge anyone who reads this not to use EveryPlate. A great concept that they can't follow through with.

Bad costumer service

I called, because of something unexpectedly happened to me and had to change my order. My call was answered by Alisha and she was very unprofessional, acting like she was the only authority there. She didn’t even try to help. Acting ironically kind of making fun of me. She was really rude. I don’t understand why they would have someone like that working for them. I’m honestly thinking of stopping this service. I have 3 family members soon to start buying from this company, but if they have people like that I don’t want to recommend. There are many other food services out there and I don’t need to be mistreated. I left a message on the phone survey, but no one seems to care. I real want something to be done about this. We don’t need any more bullying in this world and specifically for something as simple as just trying to help someone. I did call again and the next costumer service agent was more helpful, professional and respectful.
