iface : AI Video Face Swap app Reviews

This is a good app. But the quality is very low, and i thought it would be more simple, as like two people take a picture and the sensor automatically swaps the faces. Like Instagram and snap chat. I can’t click anything without iface asking me for premium, I’m confused and every time I try to take a picture, it lags. The quality couldn't get any worse, and i wish it would help me out when I’m trying to swap a face. I have been looking everywhere for good filtered face swapping filtered apps, but this still isn’t quite the one. There’s nothing you can do to fix this. I know your trying to earn money, but this is ridiculous. I give it a 2/4. Waste of storage space.

iface is its own deterrent from purchasing the pro version. Only ONE rendering worked out of 20+ tries in 2 days of trying to use iface . The one video that did process was phenomenal, should iface have worked beyond that I would have gotten the pro version. The pop ups say when in use my many people it will take longer to have your videos complete, it will also say the maximum amount of videos has been reached and a half hour timer will start, however even after choosing to watch ads to bypass the half hour it will still remain on the processing screen, it’s one big cycle of being stuck on one of its three screens. Unfortunate as the one video that worked as I said, was amazing.

iface is interesting but part of it is weird. I'm talking about the part that has a robot to talk to. The robot is very strange and very natural and at the same time speaks dumb, I mean sometimes his character changes and he does not remember the last conversations.
A robot can be good, sexy, completely kind and rude!

iface started out great used it for 3 days even liked it enough to purchase the yearly subscription. After 3 days it took an awful turn. All the videos I try to make never complete they all just say creating and never finish, and when they are in creating mode you can’t delete them so they are just stuck there forever! I’ve messaged them through iface a few times with all no response! iface could be so great if they actually took the time to address a couple of issues and respond to customers issues.

Would have given it a 5 but for the time being, nothing as far as using your own videos or videos from the web is processing. Originally thought it might be that phone wasn’t updated to new iOS but have not only redownloaded apps, updated iOS, and reset my phone to no avail. Hoping this is a temporary issue. Previous version was flawless.

I have been paying for this for a couple months now and since the last update it won’t let me use my own videos anymore. Before the update it started making me use coins again. I have tried multiple times to get someone to help me on the in app support and email with no response. I used iface constantly but I haven’t been able to use it for the last two weeks at all with my own videos and no one will respond to any of my multiple messages. Please help!! This is crazy

For a beta it works …when it’s stable. It continually crashes. It was released way to early and it’s not hard to see its faults. It needs to be more stable. All should get a full refund and it needs to be pulled until they get it fixed.

Again! Worked 2 times then it crashed! I’ve had to delete and re-download and install twice already and I don’t feel it’s gonna do the trick.
If there’s a better app out there will someone please let me know!!!

Well I downloaded iface thinking it was something different I tried it for the first time today and all the sudden I started texting and talking to some person out of the blue they just popped up. There’s no chat room or anything like that so I don’t even know how I’m talking to this person I know who they are? I do not see any buttons to edit your profile, And what if you want to delete your profile I don’t see a way of doing that either?

When it works is pretty cool. But it only works half the time. Literally, it works once then it doesn’t work. It goes back and forth. It wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t take your coins no matter what! When it works, it’s fast. When it doesn’t, it just loads until it crashes or something. It doesn’t produce any thing but it still takes the money you spent! Why the hell are they taking your coins when it doesn’t work?

The update you put out yesterday has created an issue with custom video “Pro editing”, that once it is done processing 98% of the time you don’t get any video result and if you do it’s only 2 seconds of the 20 second clip.

You app was working fine yesterday before I did the update. No issues. I’m on iPhone 12 Pro Max running system 15.1.1.

Other than that I really enjoy iface quite a bit. Well up to it stopped outputting the processed video.

Why do i need a subscription just to access something that should be free. Can’t the big feature locked behind a subscription be something 4K quality or maybe longer clips. Why is it that to access the best part requires something that taints the experience of owning this. I like iface for the most part but I would prefer a more fair system

iface was working great up until about 3 weeks ago. Now I am unable to upload and use any of my own videos. I’ve reached out to them numerous times and they’ve updated iface several times but the issue has still not been resolved and I am now paying for an app that does not work 3 weeks out of the month.

iface was alright but could be better, the short 19 second timers have to but up to a minute Atleast, the videos were working but some faces glitched out a lot. Also it was fun while it last because for some reason everything I try to make fails and it’s been like this for the past couple days tried everything and nothing will create 🤷🏻‍♂️

You have to pay $5 to make your own videos. Waste of $5 subscription for 2015 snapchat quality face swaps. Videos take way too long to process on a strong WiFi connection. A 20 second video shouldn't take 6 minutes to process. I recommend the iOS app REFACE over this crap. You’ll definitely get better quality face swaps on REFACE for free. Plus the this app homepage content is identical to REFACE so you’re really not missing out. Snapchat face swap is free btw.

The last update fixed iface crashing on opening. It still has an issue from the previous 3 updates where iface freezes when using “ready to use” face swaps. The reface will still process but will only be available when you reset iface .

Fun app but iface “Reface” is the winner. Better results, cheaper cost, and doesn’t crash. I like that I can upload my own videos on this app pro but the time limit and crash issues doesn’t seem worth the monthly price of $7.99. Reface’s monthly plan is $3.99 and the overall deep fake results and search capabilities make it the winner

iface stopped working and isn’t letting me upload videos anymore (even videos that worked before multiple times) I think the new update has a bug! I paid money for this and I need it fixed ASAP please!

Amazing face swapper. This is truly groundbreaking considering the hours it takes to use deepfake IF you can learn it.

One request: - please provide a face swap option for photo models. I want to put a friends face on a movie poster.

When it works, it works great. But after like three days, it wouldn’t let me use my own videos that I have on my phone, and when I try, it would always say “server error” I’ve tried messaging the people who run iface multiple times to fix it, but none of them have responded to me.

This is the third time I’m writing a review. I have a year subscription and I am not satisfied. iface constantly crashes and it hasn’t been updated in months. I want a refund on the rest of my subscription except no one works in their customer service department. There are apps that create longer, better quality videos out that. I suggest downloading them instead.

I just updated and now I can not get back into iface. It keeps telling me to update even though I have the latest version. I delete and re- downloaded it, but still the same error message. Fix it or I’ll have to cancel my subscription.

I had no difficulties in using this application because the interface is quite simple for me to know how to use. Easily share videos via WhatsApp

In about 10 minutes, i got a 3 minute video completely edited. Will definitely be using this again.

This application is good tool to improve the quality of video. I use iface and it's easy to export only audio from existing video quickly. I’m pleased with that

App forces you to rate it before you can download a swapped video. Face swap is too transparent to tell that it’s your face or anyone else’s face. Video quality gets massively downgraded from the original content.
You have to purchase coins to do anything inside iface and the only purchase quantities available have you purchasing a much larger amount than you need.

They are providing feature for trim videos and now I can trim unlimited videos and store them in my device.

I couldn’t believe that this application is totally free but the quality is very high and worth a try. It's possible to add your desire water mark to video.

I find it very useful for me to use, there are so many advantages that iface brings to me. You can quickly create an exciting video!

Installed it to add over 25 beautiful filters waiting to be used on my video. Worked 100 %.

This is not a good app. I needed to use it for a class where we needed to create deep fakes and iface literally wouldn’t work. And when it did, I had already ended up buying coins for 10$. And iface then doesn’t even acknowledge that I bought the coins so looks like I just dumped $10 down the drain for nothing.

The reason I want to try it out is because I don’t mind paying money for it but the free version isn’t good. So if I got like a free trail and it was good I would %100 pay like 10-15 a month.
