I ordered loads of items from this store and it appeared as “preparing” it’s been over a week and it’s still saying same thing! Anyone in America ever received an item from this company? I used PayPal and I will try reverse payment!

I have made my order since November and till now I didn’t receive it!!!! 2 months & a half!!! That’s nonsense!! I have ordered clothes for my newborn which won’t even fit him if I received it now!!!! The help center is useless and don’t have an answer for anything! Worst online shopping experience!

Very bad product and very bad customer service and shipping take more time than the expected time

They have very cute and affordable items!
It would make this an even better app and more convenient to use, if we could save favorites so we don’t always have to go through and find pieces every time we enter into hibobiFashionOnline .

I love their pajamas for my daughter. They fit well and are a great quality. My daughter is tall and I like that they are slightly longer so she doesn’t grow out of them so quickly.      ‍‌ 

I have loved the bodysuits from hibobi for my own son so much that I had to buy some for a friend expecting her first baby. It worked perfect for her baby shower and I know her little boy will be comfortable when he gets to wear them:) I love Hibobi's brand:)       

I buy clothes for my own child as well as to personalize and sell. I've had a couple in hundreds purchased that had defects, but overall they are good quality for the price and hold up to wearing and washing well.​   ‍  

Since we don't know yet what our new grandbaby will be, I thought the onesies would be a perfect gift for the gender-reveal party to get the new parents started. The store customer service were so very helpful and a joy to shop with.      ‌ 

My baby boy is growing quick, so I had to grab some six month jammies a few months early. Their pajamas are adorable and super comfortable. My wife loves how they look and my son has no problems rolling around in them. I'll definitely be back for more at nine months.‍       

Excellent quality and baby loves them as much as mom. You can't beat the price, and wash after wash they always look great.  ​ ​ 

I love all the clothes I by for my kid's they are so unique and different from other stores, people admires what they wear thank u Hibobi u the best, just have a problem on getting correct sizes
