I have made my order since November and till now I didn’t receive it!!!! 2 months & a half!!! That’s nonsense!! I have ordered clothes for my newborn which won’t even fit him if I received it now!!!! The help center is useless and don’t have an answer for anything! Worst online shopping experience!

I ordered loads of items from this store and it appeared as “preparing” it’s been over a week and it’s still saying same thing! Anyone in America ever received an item from this company? I used PayPal and I will try reverse payment!
