How to fix Sumigi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sumigi app on iPhone
Update Sumigi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sumigi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sumigi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sumigi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sumigi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sumigi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sumigi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sumigi » click [Force Stop]

Update Sumigi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sumigi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sumigi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sumigi.

Fix Sumigi unable to contact server/ Sumigi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sumigi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sumigi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
