How to fix Introview app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Introview app on iPhone
Update Introview app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Introview iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Introview on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Introview network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Introview Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Introview not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Introview App
1. On android, goto Settings » Introview » click [Force Stop]

Update Introview to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Introview App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Introview » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Introview.

Fix Introview unable to contact server/ Introview internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Introview » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Introview » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
