I have a problem with QuickEdit

User reports:
No current problems

- The app has changed and users cannot access their files.

- Notations on PDFs regularly disappear for no obvious reason.

- The move file command has been arbitrarily removed.

- The app has a save as feature that asks for an overwrite of the file instead of just a save option.

- The app has been removed from the App Store.

- Users did not receive a warning about the app changing.

- The app is underpowered and isolated.

- The app is anti-collaborative.

- The app requires a login, which was not required before.

To resolve QuickEdit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the QuickEdit App
1. On android, goto Settings » QuickEdit » click [Force Stop]

Clear QuickEdit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » QuickEdit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart QuickEdit.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click QuickEdit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto QuickEdit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QuickEdit
