It doesn’t save my wishlist and when I remove an item from my shopping cart… it doesn’t remove it, instead it opens a page saying “page does not exist.”
I can’t purchase the items I really want bc the unwanted items I’m unable to remove are still in my shopping cart-.-
I tried signing out & signing back in, redownloading CottonOn and so far no luck.
I tried Safari and my carts empty.

So I’m trying to Sign up for CottonOn, and it keeps telling me that the password is un acceptable and I’m like but I did everything you asked for the past 20 minutes. I have tried everything, in fact I even googled what an acceptable password is for this website. Love the store not so much CottonOn . Super disappointed would love to have someone help me out with this please.

I’ve been a Perks member for years and just downloaded CottonOn because of lockdown in Singapore. I tried to log in but apparently the only country options available are Australia and America. It recognises my email address but says I’m a member in a different region but then doesn’t give me the option to sign up in my region. If you allow membership outside of USA and AUS, why not make CottonOn useful for those regions too? I just want to log in and shop but CottonOn has put me off unless there’s a work around I haven’t discovered yet. However reading all the other bad reviews, I’m starting to think CottonOn is about as useful as a chocolate teapot. 🥴

I love cotton on kids, but I’ve had a recurring problem with them messing up the items and number of items in my cart. I have to probably go through and edit it 5 times before it has the correct items and amounts of those items. This has been happening for well over a year and it’s pretty shocking to me that they haven’t figured out how to fix this yet. It bums me out cause I’ll definitely still buy from them, but it would be a lot better user experience to not play cart roulette every time i go to check out.

I love the quality and style of the clothes, however CottonOn and desktop site are horrible. It’s always glitching or freezes. It never correctly updates my cart, or shows my order history after purchasing.

I would recommend shopping in store instead of online and/or through CottonOn .

I really hope this issue gets fixed because it would make things so much easier considering the circumstances of this year.

I saved a bunch of cute basics and sets to my wishlist and for a week I have not been able to view my wishlist. Every time I go to view my wishlist lately it says there’s an error. I’ve only had CottonOn downloaded for 2 weeks and it’s already giving me trouble. I never write reviews on apps but this has been getting on my nerves. PLEASE FIX THIS ERROR!!!! I would really like to purchase the items on my wishlist but I can not if my wishlist will not load.

If I could rate 0 stars I definitely would. I ordered from them about $75 worth of clothing. All my stuff came completely wrong. I’ve reached out through every service they have available and have gotten 0 responses from any. I wasted money to get none of the things I asked for. This is ridiculous and completely unbelievable. I’m not sure where to go with this. They scammed me of my money and make sure they don’t get yours.

Each time I use CottonOn I’m really disappointed by how slow it is. I keep wondering if I miss updates or if this is happening to everyone. I mainly use the kids/baby shop section + many of the subcategories are empty + very slow to open up.

I cannot use any category on their app. It says “no search results” when I click on anything in the boys section or the baby section. I love Cotton On clothing so much, but I can only shop through a web browser. Would love to have this fixed.

CottonOn used to work but as of the last year the wishlist and shopping cart wont let you remove items even when they are no longer in stock which doesn’t let me check out!! guess i wont get anything because I just want to update my cart

I love cotton on but CottonOn gives me headaches. It’s very glitchy and often doesn’t save your cart or favorites list, sometimes does not allow you to sign in, and adds dozens of items when I only added it once. It should be easy fixes as plenty of other clothing store apps run smoothly. However I can say at least returns have always gone well for me and I l love the clothes.

the same problem has happened before where my wishlist has a lot of items but I can only view some of them unless I delete some items and refresh but it still doesn’t show my full list . please fix

I love everything about cotton on; the aesthetic, the clothes, the accessories, everything—however, there’s a major bug that could cost you a lot of money if you don’t pay close attention.

The shopping cart will sometimes double, triple, or quadruple the original number of items in the cart. I noticed this while I was filling my cart with things I wanted to get for Christmas. My $51 total was a whopping $234, and only because it had put up to six more copies of what I’d originally put in the cart. This hasn’t happened before with one or two things in the cart, but it seems that with 6+ items this takes place. PLEASE FIX! It’s such a hassle to go in and delete easily 20-50 copied items.

I’m receiving an error message when I want to see what store have the products I’m looking for. I’ve double checked location is turned on my phone. Still receiving error message. Works fine at the online webpage. Can you please take a look at this.

I love the clothes but CottonOn makes it hard to want to actually shop there. Its always erases my cart and then glitches back on with everything that i put. Sometimes I cant scroll all the way down to my favorites because it won’t load either. It would also make sense to make CottonOn like the website. You can’t read reviews on CottonOn and see what size the model wears like the website. That should definitely be updated

It’s so annoying that my cart literally deletes the instant I close CottonOn .
I had 34 items that I spent hours looking through the whole site for and I closed it to continue my day and wait for my husband to see if he wanted to add anything and when I go back, the cart icon says I have my 34items there but then when you click it it says empty.
It erased everything every single time and I haven’t bought anything because it takes too much time to look through everything EVERY TIME. I want it to stay there and not delete.

i love that there is finally an app but there are a few annoying issues i would love to be fixed. first my items in my cart are never saved if i leave CottonOn , but it still says i have 9 items in my cart. just when i go into it, it says there is nothing in my cart. second, the wishlist seems a little glitches. it won’t let me view all of the items on my list. it says i have 90 items in my wishlist, but i can only see about 20-30. third, when i log on to my account on desktop instead of CottonOn , it says i don't have any favorites or anything in my cart. i wish that CottonOn was able to connect to the desktop version of the website through my account. other than this i am really glad there is finally an app! i love shopping with cotton on!

I think the shirts are great quality but I’d recommend sizing down a size or two, I got medium shirts and most/all fit like a large or an extra large. Also make sure to look at the back of the shirts before deciding to buy it. As for CottonOn and sight for cotton on its pretty glitchy for example whenever I delete something from my cart it will still pop up same goes for the wishlist section, overall that’s the only issues I had.

Having an app for the site is so great! Easier and simple.
Only issues I have so far is my wishlist doesn’t show all my items unless I delete some I can refresh it and it’ll bring up a couple but wish it’d show all of them. Then my points don’t show only in my email and the desktop view they show. Also my cart shows I have 5 items when I only have one item in there. That’s why I gave it 4 stars, the desktop website and CottonOn aren’t connected well yet I’m thinking.

CottonOn doesn’t even let you view your perks. I’ve had to re-sign in 10 times in 5 minutes. Why have an app if you do nothing to fix all these bugs people keep telling you about? Obviously don’t care about your customers..

i'm not sure as to why this is happening but when i want to view my wishlist it only let me see 5 things at a time. for me to see other things on my wishlist, i have to delete the ones i can see just to see another 5 when i had 107. it would be nice to have the option of viewing my whole wishlist. other than that CottonOn is great.

i love cotton on & CottonOn runs smoothly. only had one problem with CottonOn but they fixed it quickly! app is great & so are the clothes!!
