I’ve been a Perks member for years and just downloaded this app because of lockdown in Singapore. I tried to log in but apparently the only country options available are Australia and America. It recognises my email address but says I’m a member in a different region but then doesn’t give me the option to sign up in my region. If you allow membership outside of USA and AUS, why not make the app useful for those regions too? I just want to log in and shop but this app has put me off unless there’s a work around I haven’t discovered yet. However reading all the other bad reviews, I’m starting to think this app is about as useful as a chocolate teapot. 🥴

I love cotton on kids, but I’ve had a recurring problem with them messing up the items and number of items in my cart. I have to probably go through and edit it 5 times before it has the correct items and amounts of those items. This has been happening for well over a year and it’s pretty shocking to me that they haven’t figured out how to fix this yet. It bums me out cause I’ll definitely still buy from them, but it would be a lot better user experience to not play cart roulette every time i go to check out.

I love the quality and style of the clothes, however the app and desktop site are horrible. It’s always glitching or freezes. It never correctly updates my cart, or shows my order history after purchasing.
I would recommend shopping in store instead of online and/or through the app.
I really hope this issue gets fixed because it would make things so much easier considering the circumstances of this year.
