Thermostat Control Doesn’t Work

The thermostat control worked perfect with the last Crestron app, but after we were forced into this new one it didn’t. Now every time I change the heat or cool, it moves but then it goes back to the previous setting in a couple seconds. Please fix this and send an update.
Update made my blackout shade no longer respond to the app

Everything was working fine prior to the update, then after the update I can no longer control my blackout shade on one window with the app. All other shades work fine and I can control the blackout shade with the control device, just doesn’t respond to the iPhone app
Stuck in the eighties

This is so clunky. They seem stuck in a programming style that requires a 3 week course. Nothing is instinctive or obvious and just finding your way around requires constant scrolling up and down. So much wasted space on each page. I only agreed to get Crestron pyng as I was promised it will soon integrate with HomeKit.
