I have only been able to make 2 delivery orders...and that was months ago. Everything I try to place an order it pops up with an error and says to try back later. Very annoying when I am stuck at home

For some reason I can make my order on my IPhone , but when I check out, I get a blank white screen and I have to check out on another device. This has been happening for the past few month. I have tried everything to fix it , but still won’t work! Please help!
Giant Eagle app is terrible. I can log in with my computer but not my iphone. I keep getting error connecting to server using the same user and pw that can connect with the computer on the same wifi network. Shopping at the rt50 store near bridgeville is also terrible. They close the fresh fish counter/deli at 6pm. Why not schedule the workers to start later in the day and close at a later time? Customer service at this store is useless. They just make up excuses like 'it is hard to find employees'. If they can not staff the store properly they should close it. The clipped coupons do not work. Why not have a qr code on the sign in the store by the product so I can scan it and get the coupon? Need my advantage card - let me scan that also. Instead I have to log in with my Giant Eagle email and pw and try to find the coupon in a long list of items.
Connection problem
My GE app says there is a connection error. Then says there are no stores in my area. I’ve been shopping on line with the app for 4 years?
I use giant Eagle pharmacy for all my prescriptions and the app will not load my information.
Been trying to place an online order for 3 hours now. App won't let me check out.
The Rearrange feature of the grocery list keeps refreshing Before AND After doing a save, making the list random again. This has been happening for at least Android 12 and 13 on Samsung 21+ and 22+ phones.
Accedently trashed my GiantEagle app, now i can't retrieve another one.
When i click on the giant eagle app to open it, it it says update required. I go to the google play store to update it, wants me to verify my phone, i click install. Wants me to enter the pass word to my google account, i click install then i get the message from Giant Eagle saying, Giant eagle will be installed soon on this device. Well it's been 3 days so far and it still hasnt installed the updated version
Been using the app for years. Now it won't accept my email. Says invalid address. Tried uninstall, then reinstall. No luck. I was told weeks ago this was being worked on. When will it be fixed?
Trying to log in to create a pick up order and it has been telling me there's a network error for 2 weeks.
