Maybe the pharmacy should not take on new customers( rite aid) if they cannot handle the ones they have, I have been on hold for the pharmacy AT SETTLERS RIDGE for over an hour that is ridiculous. It is bad enough you have to wait forever at the drive thru!

I would appreciate knowing when you will be finished with remodeling .Today was the worst shopping day of my life...Between the noise of the workers and lack of check out i could not even finish shopping today...Crowded and clanging empty shelves everywhere....Would this kind of work be better done when customers are not in the store ? What is wrong with your hot food counter at Legacy Village (216-920-3300)? Understaffed. Grumpy older man. Rude to customers. Rarely open. Excuse!? We only have two people helping us.IF that's the case, HIRE MORE PEOPLE. IT'S RUN SO INEFFICIENTLY BY SUCH INCOMPETENT, INEPT AND INEFFECTIVE PEOPLE SINCE COVID. What was once a great store, now SUCKS. THE EMPLOYEES NEED SEVERE ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENTS. Lyndhurst is not the ghetto but the store is run like it belongs in the ghetto. Do something to fix this once nice establishment.

My name is Robert Mcgough, I am sending this message due to a problem I had with Advantage Pay. To start, we were victims of a banking scam on July 23,24 2025. We closed our accounts on July 25th. On July 26, 2025 I contacted Advantage Pay and the rep guided me to the zipline website to make the account changes. My wife and I have separate cards linked to the same bank account. I made the change to my account and ask the rep if both cards were okay, he said both cards were fine. He told me about the banking test, which worked. My wife made two charges on 8/12 for $15.20 and 8/15 for $20/05. To our surprise we get a call and an email from Check Redi on 8/18/2025 stating she had to pay them $15.20 plus $30 as the charge was rejected. I did not understand as I was told on July 26th everything was fine. Now today we find out my wife banking information was not updated. Which we did today, however still we are still stuck with the additional fees. I don't believe this was my fault as I trusted what the rep stated. Checkredi isn't willing to forego the additional fee. This seems to be grossly unfair as a customer for a long time, and I am shocked Giant Eagle would refer this to a credit type institution prior to contacting customer within 3 days. To say I am frustrated, upset and angry doesn't adequately describe me feelings. We spent several days trying to make certain everyone the updated information so no one would miss a payment. I guess my mistake was trusting your rep was correct in the information he provided. I am not certain whether you can (or care), excuse me I just feel the information provided by Giant Eagle was at the very least misleading, and wondering is there anything Giant Eagle can or is willing to do to me with this problem? Shopped 12/8 at Brunswick OH Giant Eagle Trevor H bagged groceries then left them on the counter, turned his back to face the register because his phone more important than his customer. I pushed the cart around for his convenience to load. Should be told checking phone ok if no customers to service.

I made my order on Thursday night/Friday early morning. I was scheduled for a Saturday pick up from 4 to 430. I showed up at roughly 4:05 PM. I was told my order wasn’t ready and it will be prepared for PU Sunday. This was really not a good solution for me as I do not have a vehicle or a car to use at my leisure but I always make do. When I called on Sunday, today, my order was now canceled. I am very disappointed at this easy curbside pick up. I spoke to the store manager, Jerry, he was very helpful and kind. I fully hope my pick up is available on Monday. I’m so very frustrated with how NOT easy and NOT simple this curbside pick up has been for me. We needed food on Saturday. We have had to make do with peanut butter and jelly sandwiches since then. Hopefully, my order will be filled and prepared for PU Monday and I can finally be done with this “easy” curbside pick up.

Not useful if your not ordering online

I liked it when the original giant eagle app showed the weekly specials and you could tap an item to put it on a shopping list to use while shopping in the store. This new app does not provide that. Instead it puts it into an online order which is useless to me since I am not looking to order my groceries for pick up or delivery. If you are looking to do an online order it may be great. It also makes it more difficult to look at what’s on sale because it breaks everything down into individual items such as if there’s five flavors you will find it five times in the weekly sales list but it’ll be separated by many other sale items. So it takes too long to look through the sales. I find it easier to just pull up the giant eagle website and look at the weekly sales on there.

What I would like to see mostly is a way to sort search results. I don’t see that they’re sorted in anyway and it’s painstaking to go through all of them. Also, some of the descriptions on the initial search aren’t there. For example, if you search for “foundation” there will turn up results like “bare minerals escentuals fairly light foundation” and then just “foundation” and a picture of what it is. More consistency with that would be great. Also, it doesn’t seem like all the products are listed. I’m not sure if that’s a store thing, or if just that’s what is available for pickup or delivery or what, but for example, Walmart has every single product listed (perhaps because you can shop online) but sometimes I like to make lists to see what I’m going to get later at the store so having more products listed would be helpful. Lastly, it seems a bit unorganized and hard to navigate. With several modifications it has the potential to be a useful app.
