After an extremely frustrating three hours yesterday, I would like to report an issue with your site. I put the articles of clothing that I wished to purchase in the shopping cart as I went along. By the time I was ready to pay several items had been taken out of my basket saying they were no longer available. This happened about three times, even if I only left items in the basket for around 10 minutes. you have many clothes on your site and if you are unable to reserve items for more than 10 or 15 minutes you should be clear about it I tried on numerous occasions to buy an LK Bennett Gigi emerald green pussy bow blouse in many different sizes for Xmas presents, but as soon as I tried to pay for the items they had gone from my inbox with a message that they were no longer available. After that extremely frustrating experience, although a few of the items were left in my shopping cart which I purchased, I will never use your site again.

Keep adding stuff into your cart all you want but it won’t move forward from the address screen or let you check out - will just keep getting stuck at the payment screen! What a nuisance!

I really love the app and everything it offers to shop. The deal are great and the fashion brands are top tier. One thing I would like you to improve though is the US marketplace. There aren’t enough brands. Would be great to have same diverse marketplace as Europe. Other than that, love everything.
