I would like to cancel my deezer 360 subscription. However there is no link on your website to cancel any subscriptions. I would like to ask assistance regarding this matter. Thank you.

I signed up for a trial and dowloaded the app. When i realised there’s no music that i want i wanted to cancel the subscription straight away. But when i sign on to the website the there is no personal plan available for me to cancel… Do i have to wait for the three moths trial to be over before i cancel? That is ridiculous, that is just set up for me to forget!!! I want to cancel the subscription as well as the trial today!

Does not start

It used to be that I had to start and close this app a few times for it to eventually start. Now it simply will not start no matter how many times I restart or reinstall it (iOS14.6). The library of 360 tracks was (since I can’t even get there anymore) disappointingly small but there were a few tracks there that I enjoyed in 360. Perhaps the app should have an overhaul or should simply be discontinued if there isn’t going to be effort made to make function normally like the regular Deezer app. It’s literally pointless to have an app listed that don’t work at all anymore and will only reflect negatively on the service.

Expensive gimmick with poor results

Unfortunately the processing results in a clearly downgraded audio and listening quality in most cases - music lost warmth and low end and sounded thin and tinny. Some spatial mixes were also distracting and gimmicky. I wouldn’t listen these processed tracks even for free - and this service is $19,90\month with a very limited song/artist selection. As context: I really wanted this to work, so I got the required $19,90/month subscription to test this. I have compatible Sony’s WH-1000XM3 headphones with analyzed ear shapes and optimizations active. I actively listened for couple of days, comparing original mastering and 360 enhanced for several songs.

App works but don’t like having to download a 2nd app

Love Deezer, Ive used their HIFI setup for about 2 years now but HATE the 360 app, very gimmicky and sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. Music in 360 doesn’t sound that good, (use Sony XM4’s) to me it’s a complete waste, and poorly executed. Needs to be reworked from the ground up. Please Deezer, do something about this app and don’t let it rot with poor reviews and unhappy customers.. you guys are capable of so much more than this!
