Wahlburgers doesn’t allow special orders (ie: if I try to order Jenn’s Chicken sandwich and don’t want any mayo, onions, and want to add tomato) the special instructions box won’t allow room to type in all the words. Wahlburgers should have a drop down menu where you can select each item with a dot or “X”. I’ve deleted Wahlburgers and reinstalled it and still have the same problem. I order from the Hingham Massachusetts location so I have to call the store and order via the phone. Until this is fixed Wahlburgers is useless and only gets 1 star.

Wife and I visited our first this app today, and were pleased that it was open for inside seating. Although it wasn’t busy with a lot of diners, every step of the dining process was at a ‘snails pace’. There was only one waitress, a manager, a greeter who also bussed the tables, plus however many were on duty on the grill. The manager stopped by our table while we were eating, and I told him getting a burger cooked medium is practically impossible, he looked at my double burger and said it was well-done, not medium, his comment was surprising, “we’ll do better on your next visit”. Hmmm, I wasn’t looking for anything, but methinks he presumes too much!

The food is very good. I appreciate that sides are separate instead of included with burgers. Impossible burger also very good. Wahlburgers is very frustrating. It seems like you don’t want me to look at a menu or check prices. I end up calling every time I want to place an order because Wahlburgers doesn’t give me the answers I am looking for.

Was super excited to experience this app st Charles. We drove 5 hours to experience. Our pasta was not cooked all the way. Our burgers were raw in the middle. Our server Kerri rushed us thru the whole experience. She wasn’t very friendly or engaging. The asst manager came out and replaced the burger but still wasn’t cooked all the way thru. This is not our normal this app experience . We normally love the food and the staff is amazing. Not leaving to discourage but only to improve ! Still a this app fan!

First time here. Waitress was only here to bother us but never around when we needed her fir silverware or more dressing. Tasted no suracha in our burger. Music is way to loud for lunchtime, take it down a notch. We ended up asking someone else for stuff needed. The canned speech was started by “couple things I need to tell you” and even a “personal preference” note was added additional. I am just listening to her tell another table that be for you order I need to go over this with you, quite rude on her part.

I had been waiting on this app to open back up in Royal Oak Michigan because they had been closed for a week or so. I love their burgers and onion rings but I was disappointed today because I ordered (like always) a medium well burger and it was drier than the Sahara dessert. Hopefully my next visit will be better.

First time eating here and the atmosphere is nice. The restaurant is clean and small but has a bar and outdoor eating. Never felt overcrowded because of the high separations between the booths. The staff is pleasant to deal with.
Love the use of “government cheese”.
Food tasted great and the burgers were just the right size. If you’re really hungry I’d suggest an appetizer as the burgers are not oversized.
Highly recommend visiting at least once to see for yourself.

We went Sunday evening, unfortunately, three minutes before closing!! The staff were wonderful! They offered us take out with a smile even though it was closing time! We opted for take out, drove home and had good tasting, well cooked burgers and sweet potato tots! Yum! and Thank you!!

First visit and happy to say, all went well. Had Moses for a server and he did a good job. I enjoyed the grilled chicken with a salad and it was delicious. My friends had the burgers and they enjoyed them, too.
Tator tots and onion rings (actually straws) were seasoned very well.
I would come back for a meal again!

We have been here a few times now and despite a couple times it being incredibly busy the wait time was quick, the staff hustle and their customer service is exceptional as is the food!

Took a guest to the Mall of America location tonight. It was his first time there. NATE was our server and he was fantastic. He explained happy hour and got us to try the nachos. They were great. We then ordered dinner. Dinner was perfectly cooked and delicious. We had a wonderful experience and 2 very happy and satisfied kids. Definitely recommend stopping this app MOA! Thanks Nate 😊

I took my wife to this app for the first time. Both of us had a wonderfully pleasant experience! The waitress Jacor S was so delightful! She was working by herself yet she didn’t miss a beat. The burger was the taste we were looking for and it delivered great flavor! Good job!

We tried this app for the first time today and it was wonderful. Traci Lynn was our server and she went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. She made great recommendations about the menu. We will definitely be back

Pleased to say their burgers are excellent. Real meat that has quality flavor. Like the toping choices too. Bun was toasted with a little butter (I think). Great choice of sides too. Had the fries and the string onion rings. Can’t wait to go back and eat inside. Was a busy Friday night so ordering with app and picking up was way to go!

Could not go and they all raved about the wonderful taste. My wife ordered a regular hamburger and brought it home to me by now it had cooled so I bit into it and the flavor was amazing. I thought if this burger tasted so amazing cooled I knew I will be at the restaurant and have me a fresh one. A great burger the condiments on the burger were fresh. Thanks for bringing a great burger to St Charles.

Tried this for the first time and had “The Our Burger” and their onion rings - sat at the bar and loved every bite! The burger was juicy and I loved how fresh the veggies on top were. One of the best I have had! Great service at the bar and got to watch them make many adult shakes that looked delish minus the calories!! Lindsey was our server and was great - the whole staff was attentive and fun. We’ll be back!

Burgers were excellent!! Cooked to perfection!! Pickles excellent/very tasty!! Onion Rings were Best we’ve had in really long time - not greasy @ all - ate them all just the two of us!!
The mayo & ketchup topping blended together just right! Very glad we tried you out & next time visiting our son we will drive the extra 90 minutes to eat here again!! God Bless You All!!! Thank you!!

A friend of mine and I met at this app for lunch today. Neither of us had been here before. Our server was Daniel and he was GREAT! He was very helpful when we placed our orders and he checked on us, but not too much! The manager checked on us as well, which was really nice! I ordered the Super Melt with Onion Rings! I don’t care for fresh onions, but the Carmelized Onions and the Onion Ring “straws” were GREAT! I will definitely return!

What awesome food and service!! The manager came to our table 3 times to apologize for the service. They were short staffed and he felt terrible about making us wait. We were a party of 13 and it was great!! Only con I could say is that the restaurant dining room is very small.

The West Des Moines location has picked up an amazing manager. My wife has known Dave for over 20 years and he is excellent at what he does. I just had an opportunity to meet him and he doesn’t disappoint. I’ll be back every Sunday because of him.

First time here (Brookfield, WI), my 9 year old ordered a bacon burger and absolutely loved it, exact words were crunchy outside, juicy inside. The best burger she has had.

Myself I ordered the sloppy joe! Brought me back to the old days, but with more flavor!

My wife and I and two grand children and daughter visited Atlanta store near the baseball stadium the burgers were great the cob salad my wife had she did not care for it .
Over all we will visit again when we are close

My family and I ate here on November 2nd at the Fenway location.. we were visiting from Arkansas! Burger was good, fries were great, and the grilled fluffanutta was great!! Highly recommend the fluffanutta!!!! Paul was in the store and took the time to stop and visit!!!
