Wife and I visited our first this app today, and were pleased that it was open for inside seating. Although it wasn’t busy with a lot of diners, every step of the dining process was at a ‘snails pace’. There was only one waitress, a manager, a greeter who also bussed the tables, plus however many were on duty on the grill. The manager stopped by our table while we were eating, and I told him getting a burger cooked medium is practically impossible, he looked at my double burger and said it was well-done, not medium, his comment was surprising, “we’ll do better on your next visit”. Hmmm, I wasn’t looking for anything, but methinks he presumes too much!
