My husband got a to go order at the Foxwoods Wahlburgers today, 7/23 at 11:45. He ordered 7 plain chicken tenders and a hamburger. When we got home a short while ago, the tenders are NOT the usual tenders we order all the time. We love the chicken tenders and always order them. We go to Wahlburgers often. I think we got children's chicken tenders, they are flat, same shape and pressed chicken like you would get at McDonalds. We are both very disappointed and I had to go out and buy dinner again for everyone. Have they changed the chicken tenders to the ones we received? If so, I would appreciate compensation/gift card that we may use in the future. I look forward to hearing from you.
I'd just like to know why did you close the Wahlburger at 119th and Quivira in Overland Park Kansas because i love going to that location and they have great food, i've gone past that location several time and it seems to be closed
App won’t allow special orders

The app doesn’t allow special orders (ie: if I try to order Jenn’s Chicken sandwich and don’t want any mayo, onions, and want to add tomato) the special instructions box won’t allow room to type in all the words. The app should have a drop down menu where you can select each item with a dot or “X”. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and still have the same problem. I order from the Hingham Massachusetts location so I have to call the store and order via the phone. Until this is fixed the app is useless and only gets 1 star.

Wife and I visited our first Wahlburgers today, and were pleased that it was open for inside seating. Although it wasn’t busy with a lot of diners, every step of the dining process was at a ‘snails pace’. There was only one waitress, a manager, a greeter who also bussed the tables, plus however many were on duty on the grill. The manager stopped by our table while we were eating, and I told him getting a burger cooked medium is practically impossible, he looked at my double burger and said it was well-done, not medium, his comment was surprising, “we’ll do better on your next visit”. Hmmm, I wasn’t looking for anything, but methinks he presumes too much!

Was super excited to experience Wahlburgers st Charles. We drove 5 hours to experience. Our pasta was not cooked all the way. Our burgers were raw in the middle. Our server Kerri rushed us thru the whole experience. She wasn’t very friendly or engaging. The asst manager came out and replaced the burger but still wasn’t cooked all the way thru. This is not our normal wahlburgers experience . We normally love the food and the staff is amazing. Not leaving to discourage but only to improve ! Still a Wahlburgers fan!
