App won’t let me register because it thinks my mobile number is invalid. Likely the developers have chosen to ban Google Voice numbers because they can’t sell your contact info to other spammers. Refuse business to Sarku Japan until they stop discriminating against Google Voice phone numbers and I suggest all customers inquire what Sarku Japan does with customer contact data…

Ordered online, the location messed up the order and they told me I had to call customer service which of course didn’t answer. So I get to go home with a not so great meal and wait to be called back

SarkuJapan and online isn’t working. I can’t even register!!! I was highly disappointed. I assumed it was because I was in the mall ( my place of work) but then again I got home. Tried it again and nope. Please fix this problem

When you choosing for the entries blah blah you can’t even see the options and they ask for your location number and email for future receipts but I been waiting around 20 mins to confirm and nothing happens it just says error charging your credit card

SarkuJapan is so bad, it is so difficult to put an order in. It needs redesigning. It’s almost like it doesn’t want you to buy anything. The difficulty of SarkuJapan has caused me to give up on multiple occasions and go with other dinner options.

SarkuJapan & website won’t let me order or login you need to fix whatever is causing that what’s the point of having an app/website when you can’t even order through it. SarkuJapan has had issues since it first came out. Get your things together!

So they gave me this flyer talking about if I download SarkuJapan I get $5 off of $10. So I downloaded SarkuJapan a few days go by and today I wanted Sarku Japan so I ordered the chicken teriyaki meal and I showed him the coupon and he talking about he don’t know what that is. Smh like u the one that gave me a flyer saying I get $5 off of $10 next time I order. So I didn’t get to use the coupon smh ! Fix app FALS ADVERTISING

If your going to have an app for a food chain, put all the locations on SarkuJapan . I can’t order food from my Staten Island location and now can’t use the $5 coupon SarkuJapan gave me. SarkuJapan is also very poorly made a lot of weird screen glitches. Please put ALL the locations in SarkuJapan so that I can at least use it!!

the order the restaurant received VS what I ordered was COMPLETELY different. SarkuJapan was CLEARLY rushed during development & not ready to be used by consumers yet. Don’t waste your time ordering through SarkuJapan, you’ll end up wasting your time trying to order through this. Ended up missing several items in my order and the restaurant refused to give them to me.

Paid for order via mobile app. Went to pick up order in store and the worker refused to give me my food. Said I had no confirmation number and SarkuJapan never gave one. Never got a confirmation email either. I showed the worker my bank app showing the payment and they still refused to serve me my food I paid good. Never using SarkuJapan again and that worker probably would want to see me again so I’ll just stop giving my business to a company that treats their customers this disrespectfully.

Can't figure out why, pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

No matter what, it will not let me log in. It just does not progress pass the log in screen!

I’ve used app multiple times, no points are being added towards free food. This is only good for ordering in advance.

SarkuJapan works fine in general, and the ordering is straightforward, but despite adding the credit/debit card, an error occurred. It’s unknown why I successfully added the card, but the payment never went through. There needs to be an option when credit/debit card is added is valid and won’t fail unless the funds are insufficient.

I guess it works, but every time i use SarkuJapan i have to sign in and enter my credit info. It's real annoying. All the other food apps don't have this issue

SarkuJapan is simple, I wish there was an option for scanning the receipt and getting some sort of credit for it on SarkuJapan ….
there is always a lot of business and I always want to get out the way fast to keep the line going.
Pretty good overall.

It’s an okay app for redeeming the occasional special, but why doesn’t this support Apple Pay? When I go in restaurant they accept it at the terminal. No offense, but I don’t trust every website out there to secure my credit card data which is why I go through Apple Pay only.

Doesn’t let you log in and doesn’t let you order as a guest and of you make an account it still won’t let you log into it.

SarkuJapan runs fine and i’ve had no major issues i would just like to see some improvements such as an extra rice option, or note tab to request such things. also, the sarku at montgomery mall usually does a buy 5 get 1 free deal, would like to see other locations utilize this same promo and through SarkuJapan would be even smoother and rewarding for return customers like myself.

There is not an option for no rice/veggie only on SarkuJapan . Please add. Cannot use app, until this is resolved. Thank you!

This App is a Total Disaster! Avoid using the Sarku-Japan app or online. If you really want to get something from this place: Go to the store or just find another restaurant that will take your order and payment info This Sarku-Japan app and website for ordering is a real challange Good Luck

Website doesn't work yet AGAIN!. Good job for designing the most dysfunctional fast food website. I can't pay, I can't complete my order, etc. Went to Noodles across the street. YAH!
