First of all, the food is awesome! The employees in the Centre St. Boston store were all happy and created a very welcoming atmosphere. I couldn't be happier. MOOYAH gave me some trouble when placing the order. I'm a first time user so, when I placed the order and it didn't give me any indication that the order had been placed, I placed it a second time. The manager of the store was attempting to locate my phone number when I called and was very understanding and friendly. He rectified the second charge right away and made the difficulty worth the interaction.
I would ask that completed orders being prepared have their own menu that they show up in right away. Also, it would help if there was a way for customers to provide a call back number to be contacted in the event the store has questions. If I hadn't called, it's possible the order would have been made twice.
Otherwise, awesome idea, awesome food!

MOOYAH was poorly designed and lacks the ability to accurately service customers. When adding special instructions the dialog box floats behind the keyboard and you cannot navigate back unless you take several steps. After finally getting the notes the way I wanted them the store ignored them anyway. Additionally, MOOYAH has no artificial intelligence to estimate the time your order will be ready. MOOYAH simply gives you a fixed time interval (about 20 minutes) after you place the order. I waited over 30 minutes after the estimated time resulting in almost a one hour wait for my burger. I could have eaten at the Capital Grill and been served faster. Many stronger applications like Chick-fil-A, send you a message when your food is ready.

On a positive note the staff at my local this app are very nice and I feel bad they have to battle with this inferior technology.

Unfortunately I think the very necessary feedback about MOOYAH needing to be improved seems to be lost in the 5 star reviews for the restaurant experience which is separate from the ordering experience in MOOYAH . The new update with the horizontal scrolling seems unnecessary. There’s seemingly no way or no easy way to get back to the menu once you go into the cart. It’s also really annoying that despite being logged in, MOOYAH doesn’t remember your location which you have to enter and select a preferred location each time you order. To be honest it’s really no reason to even have an app if it’s going to be this bad. You’re better off directing customers to order from your website.

Love the place, hate the new version of MOOYAH .

Issues:
-There is like 3 different ways to order the exact same thing. MOOYAH was perfectly fine the way it was, except for a few minor things. In an attempt to make it better it has now been made worse. Its just not simple anymore. More complicated than it needs to be (I’m a millennial who normally has no issues with apps).

-When trying to write special instructions at the end of your order you can’t see what you are typing which makes it very difficult.
-They still only allow like 10 characters for special instructions which make it extremely hard to write anything.

-And they still haven’t made an option for “dining in” when ordering on MOOYAH . Some of us just want our food to be ready when we get there. Why not add a dine in option?

-when they updated MOOYAH I lost all my presets like place and favorite orders.

-there is no way to delete favorite orders. I have too many similar ones and get confused between them now. Wish I could delete and start over.

1-One if the main doors is locked. Should b unlocked
2-when I arrived 2 staff members were behind counter and not busy. Nobody greeted me. Nobody said I’m busy but will b right with you. When. Cashier finally came to register she was still talking with cook and then when she stopped she just looked st me waiting for me to start the conversation

Five guys must have a great training program because every time I go to one of their locations I am greeted with a smile and if the host is busy he or she at least acknowledges me!

Showed up about 830 tonight and they close at nine. Ethan was the ultimate host, taking our order, helping me understand MOOYAH better and how to earn points, and delivered our food with a smile. And then followed up that we were pleased with the mail and if we needed anything else. Couldn’t of been any more accommodating. Will be back.

My husband and I went for a burger and fries and ate in store on Sunday, Match 15. We were very impressed at all the precautions taken. All our meals were served in a bag no food served exposed to air, we were given separate cups for drink refills and I watched workers trying to be cautious to slow down and have restrict food handling for each order. Thank you, this app’s management. And the burger and FF were the best ! B & L

The designer seemed to go out of their way to hide the menu. There is no indication that the listings are the menu, or that they comprise a ribbon that can scroll sideways. MOOYAH steadfastly refuses to remember my chosen restaurant; I have to search and select it each time. While your rewards come first on MOOYAH , you cannot choose to apply them until you order food first. And it will whine to you about being unable to apply the rewards as a guest, while using MOOYAH and are logged in.

I have been a loyal this app customer and user of their app for years. This latest version of MOOYAH DOES NOT allow you to go to a previous order and ADD NEW ITEMS. You can DELETE items but not add which is a real dissatisfier particularly when you have 7 or 8 items from a previous order and just want to add one more thing.

Please update MOOYAH and bring back this feature!

I haven’t used this in a while. Opened it up to try it and ended up locked out. Thanks this app. Your app is trash. I reset my password, fine, then I logged in and it took me to a page to confirm details, including my birthdate. I enter the info and hit the confirm button. And something updates, but the screen doesn’t change. I closed it and opened it and it still takes me to the same "confirm details" page. So I force quit. Nope, same page. I tried entering the info in other fields. Nope. Same page. I'm done.

My mom tried to redeem free fries. We were at the register for ten minutes! Staff was unfamiliar with the process (admitted they didn’t know much) and at one point had us convinced that we had to purchase online in order to use rewards. Got all the way to online checkout and then discovered that was not right. She had actually already redeemed our reward in the register so it wasn’t even available! It was very unpleasant- we just wanted to eat!

I see some negative comments but we’ve had nothing but great service and great food. Zack, the manager was super friendly. He greeted us at the door then walked around and spoke with all the customers. I’ve never had a bad experience here and will continue coming here. Thanks guys!

I am a die-hard fan of this app. However, MOOYAH is a bit clunky. Tried to make an order for delivery, and every time I hit checkout, it just kept giving me an error message saying like “the delivery fee may have changed. please reconfirm if you would like to proceed with the advised quote.” And it won’t let me go any farther. This needs to be fixed…

I visit this restaurant a lot because of the great food, so I installed MOOYAH . I've had no issues with it regarding redeeming points, scanning barcodes, or ordering online. I absolutely love it, and it is the most used food app on my phone. My only criticism is the survey link on the receipt no longer works for me, so can't get the free small fries anymore ☹️

I am on downtime driving the limo now and it’s been a while since I’ve been here so I figured I would give you a new try with the Keto burger.
I have always enjoyed this location in the past.

I like the food at this app, but at least 50% of the time the order is wrong in some way. The most frustrating thing is when I ordered online, so I checked the accuracy of what I ordered, and then when I got home, BOTH burgers had missing ingredients. I just don't think the employees care or pay attention. Management needs to pay better or motivate better or train better or something.

Since I can’t find a way to contact support, here goes. I like the food here but when I went to set up MOOYAH , it failed on the screen where I choose the store nearest me. Actually I couldn’t choose any location. Hence, I can’t go any further and MOOYAH is useless! I tried deleting it and reloading to no avail.

We love this app but every time we try to order through MOOYAH (3 times now) it’s a bad experience. Forgotten food items every time and today it took 25 min for the order to be fully prepared. Two families that ordered at the restaurant after we arrived (to pick an order we had placed 10 minutes before we arrived) were served their food before we were. Then we had to triple check on food items and still came home with a missing drink.

Mooyahs food is very good. I do not like my hamburger wrapped in foil because it sweats and the bun becomes flat and mushy. I alway request a styrofoam box for my hamburger. It’s usually no problem if I call or go in and order but if I order through MOOYAH and type in “Put in styrofoam box please” on the order they either don’t do it as on one occasion or this time they wrapped it in foil then stuck in a styrofoam box therefore it was so soggy and wet and not very appetizing.
Therefore, customer service is sometimes lacking.

I tried to create an account using Facebook. Gave permission to use my FB information and was taken to a page to confirm my information. The page is frozen. Deleted MOOYAH , reinstalled and tried again. Same thing. Deleted MOOYAH , reinstalled, and tried to create an account without using FB. Now it says my email is taken. No way to log in and use MOOYAH . Complete waste of my time, and disappointing because my family visits this app regularly.

Outstanding burgers, but MOOYAH needs an Apple Pay option. It’s not ok to enter a credit or debit card number into an app in 2019. I didn’t order through MOOYAH because of this. Apple Pay is available in the store itself.

Online purchasing can be buggy at times but not a big deal.

this app has all those fast food places beat!! I stopped going to McDonald’s when I heard about this app! It was in a very convenient location for me on Centre St. in Jamaica Plain! WHY did they close it????? Now I have to go all the way across town😢

So, I guess even if you order through the mobile app, it doesn't automatically give you your reward points. Which means you *have* to have a receipt to scan for the points...which kind of defeats the purpose of having a rewards system app.

My favorite “in-betweener” burger in Utah so far. By in-betweener I mean its not fast food and its not a slow sit-down restaurant with a waiter. Great fresh toppings, made after you order. Awesome service, the staff is excellent. Kids love the chalkboard.

It has the friendliest people and their burgers are mouth watering. They also give you more fries than you need. The food is always warm and comes quickly. 😊

Downloaded MOOYAH , per the suggestion of our local restaurant. Went to order online a few days later via the newly acquired app. Says MOOYAH needs to be updated and the current version is no longer supported. I’ve checked several times. I’m using the most current version.

Frustrating.

MOOYAH worked great until the last update. Now MOOYAH insists that my phone is offline and has no Internet connection, so it’s unusable. Every other app, Internet surfing, etc. works, just not MOOYAH. I was using MOOYAH constantly before to order curbside, do rewards, etc. But now it flat out doesn’t work.
