Get error msg when trying to earn points on past orders
I'm trying to enter a code from a just purchased Freddy's receipt and it gives me an "Oops, somethings wrong". I have an iPhone. I have been able to enter it on the PC but now that is not working.
I have tried numerous times to enter my receipt's barcode from today's purchase and it continues to tell me "oops", and that something is wrong. Also, it required me to update the app today, before I could use it. Thank you.
I got email today saying I could have a free cheeseburger today and it shows the reward on my app but it doesn’t take it off when I get to payment.
I can’t enter a previous receipt to earn points on my purchase. I keep getting an “unknown error” message.
When I try to log into the app it says invalid password or email. Then I go to Forgot Your Password and enter my email to get a new password which it says I should receive shortly, but when I press the red continue bar, it does not leave that screen. Very frustrating.
When I go to place an online order with the app and I try to redeem one of my rewards, an alert pops up telling me "Your selected award is not valid for this order." And I can try different rewards, for example Lg Fries, Reg Onion Rings, or one of the burgers, etc., it does not matter which reward, NONE of them can be redeemed!! This happens to me EVERY TIME, and therefore I have NEVER been able to redeem any of my rewards!!! It is SO FRUSTRATING!!!! Please fix this issue! And right now I currently have a reward for a free large order of cheese curds, but when I try to add it to my order, the same alert window pops up saying I cannot use it, says it's not valid for this order. So, how are you ever supposed to use these rewards when ordering online??? I like to order online because I have a family and everyone wants their burger a certain way, and doing it online is easier than trying to explain at the counter or drive-thru window while holding up the line.
I’ve seen a lot of people on here talking about how the rewards screen will not scroll down, and I’m having the same issue. I figured out you can login to your account on the Freddy’s website and it will allow you to use points there.

I’m having issues with your app. I cannot get the free items that I can receive for my almost 1000 points. I can see a portion of a couple but cannot scroll to the rest.
I have an Android, Motorola One 5G UW. The app won't open at all. It's just a white screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. It's been this way since Nov. 2022. Please hire someone capable to correct this. My husband has a Samsung and he has no problems.
App will not let me enter bar code for rewards. The bar code is 12 numbers and the app wants 13. There is no way to add a space. Tonight I spent $36 and cannot enter it into the app.

App won’t let me log in and then doesn’t send me a reset email. It said that it updated and would have to sign up again with the same information. After I did that, I don’t have my gift cards anymore.

Cannot log in, so I tried to re-set my password but then I do not get a update email with that request, have tried over multiple days and still will not send me an email. Freddy’s finally updated their app and rewards but now it won’t accept my login info. I’ve tried several times (even variations of password/email) and then asked to reset my password. But I have yet to receive an email for it. How can we fix this? I’d hate to waste points. :/

App will not let you earn points from your receipt, or scan the app at the register. What is going on!! :(
1. Last success login my account lost 2,000 points! This probably happened at your San Marcos Ca store when I tried to use 2,000 points to claim a meal, but they could not honor the points. 2. Now I can’t login at all. It’s supposed to send me a email to reset password, but after multiple tries with no email I’m very disappointed and frustrated.
