Flu shot information sharing

I received a flu shot at Jewel Osco on peace road September 24. The pharmacist assured me the results would be sent to Edward Elmhurst clinic. We entered the information manually. It would be nice if the information was shared without doing it manually. Thank you!

Almost great

It’s functions are outstanding and extremely helpful for communicating with care teams, maintaining appointments, video visits, etc;

THREE stars though for their useless “virtual assistant” who CANNOT BE TURNED OFF in the settings and is constantly popping up and blocking the screen. Even better, when you tap the X to get rid of it so you can get to what you need, it comes right back on the next screen.

For Pete’s sake, I can change the color on my icon (who cares) but I can’t turn off an annoying feature that prevents an otherwise positive experience. Seriously??!!

Confusing reminders from unknown people

My chart gives me confusing reminders from a doctor whom I haven’t seen yet. There is also a Covid reminder that keeps coming and could not be deactivated even though I have done it requires so many steps.

E check in is a very long tigous process to do especially on a phone. You have reminders, notifications, text messaging and everything else why does the e check in still requires this so much step as a regular patient of same doctor? While charges are premium, it doesn’t show up the services rendered by this hstwps which I believe should be improved.

The latest update is horrible!!!

The newest update is horrible and it’s not user friendly at all. I have been using MyEEHealth ever since Edwards Hospital put it out. Before it was so easy to navigate. Now it is very difficult. If I want to send my doctors a message I am doing it 3-4 time because for some reason the developer decided to put the close button at the very top instead at the bottom and the send button at the button instead of the top. To find anything it takes time and it’s just not user friendly at all!

My Chart

I resisted using MyEEHealth . I can now see the benefits of not worrying about missing the call about test results. It’s easier to make appointments without waiting on the phone. I like being able to choose the location I want to visit. I Love being able to contact my doctors with questions after getting results from lab tests.

Updates

I have been seeing medical personnel in different groups and being sent for testing to various locations. It seems to me that, even though I have gone for testing, labs and MRIs the system is not updating properly. I have several outstanding orders. I have taken CDs and information to the locations that issued the orders, they are telling me it is updated, but alas, not! The last time I went for bloodwork the lab was totally confused. We finally went by the date.

Medical Records at my Fingertips

My life is always on the go, so when I go to the doctor for tests to be done, MyChart is an invaluable tool. I get my test results within 1-2days automatically vs having to wait for someone to call or having to set up an appointment to get my results. I’ve even gotten my results at 12midnight, while I was still awake. This really helps me .

Great app

I use MyChart to check test results, send emails to my doctors & PA’s, check my appointments, medicine info and quite other things. I like MyEEHealth because it is so easy access it then negotiate around the site. I have some good doctors and hospitals that populate MyEEHealth with information about my health.

Finding messages

Suggestion: In Messages create a folder for Social workers, case managers esperare from doctors and nurses.

It’s extremely frustrating when I go back to look for this type of email and have to sift through all the previous messages.

This department should have a separate identity perhaps a color that stands out for their messages.

Review

The My ChartInformation is phenomenal. I just would like to be able to interpret it more than I am able to right now. It seems extremely detailed and I’m very happy that it’s there so my doctors can review every visit and see the diagnosis.

By

User Friendly

It’s good to have all your health details and info in one stop. The plus is it’s user friendly, so you’re not wrecking your brain trying to figure out where everything is.

Mostly done well

My chart navigation is sometimes confusing. It was hard for me to find immunizations until I realized it was a page within another page. Also, connection to Advocate and Northwestern not good. I rely on my chart for upcoming procedures and immunizations. Advocate and Northwestern don’t show the same items.

My Chart is very easy to navigate! I wish you could still see past test results to compare with current results like in the previous version. I use My Chart all the time.

Great app!

I finally downloaded MyEEHealth to access my medical information. It’s very user friendly and I like having easy, fast access to my appointments and test results. I also appreciate the messaging feature to contact the physicians. Great app!

Satisfied user

The best way to communicate with the medical groups be it appointments, after action reports, billing inquiries and so much more. Opened up a world of information that was not available to me prior to its existence.

MyChart

Best way to get quick accurate information. User friendly & easy to use. Saves the hassle of needing hard copies. Wish as all my health providers used it.

Test Results Are Easy to Read and Understand

MyEEHealth is very beneficial for many reasons including reading and understanding your lab results, especially blood work.

Can’t find anything

I got into MyChart this morning and couldn’t believe the mess. I can not send a message to my provider. There aren’t places to select send message where there was a list before, it’s not there now. I had to send my doctor on a prescription refill a short note (message)
What happened. It was pretty good before. My kids create websites, maybe you should ask them.

Choose a different language

Personally I like MyEEHealth but I wish they had an option for different languages if English isn’t your first language.

No Apple Health Connection

I want to love MyEEHealth , I really do but without the ability to connect to Apple Health instead of convenience it causes frustration. Now I have to remember which Dr performed which tests, immunizations etc so that I can go into the correct app to get the data. I’m actually considering changing Drs to a facility that connects to Apple Health so I can keep all of my medical history in one central location.

Convenience made easy

I really like MyEEHealth. It prides quick and easy information on ER wait times and easy access to My Chart.

By

Easy

Healthcare made easier, I can check wait times, access MyChart, schedule an appointment online and even take a health assessment. Great app!

By

Easy access

I like the easy access to my medical chart in the palm of my hand. I can also send my doctor a message through MyEEHealth , it really is a great app.

Step backwards.

MyEEHealth is a huge step backwards from the Mychart App. Who ever made the decision to switch to MyEEHealth should be fired. Why go backwards in usability?

By

Pointless

Why do we now need to download a separate MyChart app just for NM? It was better to use the same app that other Epic MyChart providers use. This needlessly burns 128MB.
