If you want anything more than floating bones you have to buy each system just to see if it improves VisualAnatomy3D. After buying all - full version $8.99, Urogenital .99, Respiratory .99, Digestive .99 AND Muscular $3.99 (which all should have been included in full version) you will find all the promises are false. You can draw, and NOT save, search and navigation is a joke, and purpose to colorize system is worthless if it’s not listed. Two suggestions-1. If your a student - DONT BUY THIS ONE you will fail the class 2. If you buy YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED mainly because all these negative reviews told you so.

I love VisualAnatomy3D. I have been using it on and off for years to learn about the body systems.
The timed muscular quiz keeps me busy when I find myself waiting for appointments, especially medical appointments! I have told so many nursing students about VisualAnatomy3D when I see them studying from a book or notes. Ive also shared it with personal fitness trainers, PTs and docs.
Great tool for injured old athletes like myself!!
Maybe someday I will be able to buy all the other sections of VisualAnatomy3D when money permits. I am also an avid Strava, Ride with GPS, Garmin and All Trails subscriber...

A great way to explore the humane skeletal system. The detail is very good as is the manipulation. Good for a free app. Wish you could move the joints but that would probably move it out of the free category.

I had VisualAnatomy3D for less then two minutes before I deleted it. All it comes with FOR FREE is the skeleton system. Which is silly that it advertises all the other systems with the impression that they are also included for free! It's a scam and if you are going to buy an anatomy app you might as well spend the $25 on a really good and highly detailed one with more than just the organs, muscles, and bones. I would not recommend this to anyone unless they are trying to learn only the skeleton system.

Long story short, I had an anatomy test over the skull and facial bones, and didn’t study at all. Got VisualAnatomy3D on VisualAnatomy3D Store and ended up getting a 100 on the test. 100% recommend for last minute review or studying!

Bought the full version, but lacks seamless integration for both iPhone and iPad. Works on my iPhone but not on iPad. Customer support blamed it on iTunes and did not help at all. Extremely limited use. Does not give any information on Origin, Insertion, Action, Innervation...the things that are important for an anatomy student like me. You can only rotate and hide and unhide. No search function. Do not recommend.

This application is completely useless. When you click on an organ system it doesn’t even tell you what you’re looking at it has no labels as to what you’re seeing. This was a complete and total waste of money and please do not purchase any of the additional contact, you will regret it.

Just like other reviews mention, VisualAnatomy3D is not actually free if you want to get anything out of it. The only thing that is free is the skeleton but if you want any other parts of the anatomy, expect to put some money in. I deleted VisualAnatomy3D a few minutes after buying.

Paid for the urogential system because I teach about female reproductive anatomy and thought this would be a great tool but it only shows the male. I can’t figure out how to get a refund. It was only $1 but still... so lame.

If you want to look at your bones it’s a nice app. Anything else (organs, muscles, nerves, etc) requires a purchase.
