I have over 150,000 points on supernova, which I logged onto my account, but it doesn't show up on the points page. Plus on another account, I have over 12,000 points but this time it says that all cards are out of stock, and have been for quite a while. If possible I would like these issues to be addressed as as soon as possible. Thank you

How to fix PointsPrizes app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PointsPrizes app on iPhone
Update PointsPrizes app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PointsPrizes iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PointsPrizes on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PointsPrizes network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PointsPrizes Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PointsPrizes not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PointsPrizes App
1. On android, goto Settings » PointsPrizes » click [Force Stop]

Update PointsPrizes to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PointsPrizes App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PointsPrizes » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PointsPrizes.

Fix PointsPrizes unable to contact server/ PointsPrizes internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PointsPrizes » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PointsPrizes » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
