The download process, entering information and speaking with a Physician was easy. That said, after the meeting, the doctor failed to call in the medicine to my pharmacy. Instead of WellStar wanting to fix it, they had to set up a claim and I will have to wait 24 hours until they contact the doctor and I can go pick up my prescription.

We choose virtual health apps and tele docs because of the convenience, right? Well this is anything but. The process to download, login and set up an account was a breeze. Choosing a provider, and even the wait for the provider was super convenient. The doctor was awesome. Exactly as expected. However, no where during this process was I told that the turn around time for the prescriptions being sent to the pharmacy WAS 12 HOURS! We use these apps to get the relief we need, quickly and without the fuss. But what good are they if you have to wait 12 HOURS for a prescription to even be called in? Crazy town. The support ladies were nice, but other than “escalate this to someone” they aren’t helpful. You’re just expected to wait. I could have gone to urgent care 6 times over in the amount of time I’ve waited for my prescription to be called in. My pharmacy is as baffled as I am. Unacceptable. This is broken.

Spent a copay and two hours waiting, for a 5 min visit. That’s fine, this sometimes happens. Dr said they’d order a prescription but that never happened. So here’s the problem
1.)there’s no way to follow up on a visit
2.)there’s no way to search for an answer
3.)this doesn’t link with other Wellstar services. I called an urgent care for help, and they’re able to see my visit, but no diagnosis or prescriptions, so my only option is to start all over
SO FRUSTRATING

When preparing to attend a scheduled video visit, WellStarOnlineCare is very unclear about the process. If the clinic didn’t call to make sure I’m set up for the call, I would have zero idea how to connect to the actual appointment.
Also, WellStarOnlineCare calendar does not sync with my WellStar My chart calendar. It would be so helpful to see what scheduled visits I have in the future as well as in the past.
Overall, the video connection works great.

The appointment was quick and convenient and impersonal. The physician was helpful, clear in her directives and precise. It would have been great to see her face or something to make a connection with a person without causing risk of me contaminating anyone.

User friendly and stable. My only issues have come when a new device is connected to the internet, with interruptions to both audio and video for a short period of time. I suppose Comcast could be the culprit here, just something I’ve noticed.

We have used WellstarOn twice snd both times it has been so helpful. Situations have arose at night, on the weekends and/or out of town. Treatment was given with medication called in resulting in a quicker start to healing. We’re thankful for this option.

The doctor was absolutely amazing he was veryHelpful got my prescription refilled for me for the next two months on one and the next three months on another, until I can get into my regular primary care. I will definitely use a site again!

Such a quick and great experience. I not even have to leave my home and wait some time in the urgent care or look for a doctor’s office. I highly recommend WellStarOnlineCare and the doctors are always very caring. Love it!

I loved WellStarOnlineCare, doctor and the service. I had stopped off at an urgent care center and it was a three hour wait. I logged onto WellStarOnlineCare and got my meeting and prescriptions filled within 15 minutes. (for bronchitis) Thank you so much. Now I can get to feeling better instead of waiting.

I am a hospital employee in the rehab department and a mom of 3 who just came down with mastitis over the weekend. I can’t say enough how grateful I am for Dr. Ingrid Mixter and for being able to talk to a provider today! My other doctors are so overwhelmed with patients that I would have had to wait for treatment and miss work when we’re already short staffed or go to our ER for treatment. I am relieved that I can pick up my prescriptions and get better so I can be there for my own job tomorrow. Thank you for taking care of me!

Wellstar ON app on my phone was so easy to set up and worked so well! I was able to see Dr. Stacey O’Brien very well and I felt I was able to get the same wonderful level of care that I typically receive from her while in her office😊

This was my first time using online telehealth in any capacity. It was quick and easy and my provider Kimberly was terrific. I would definitely do this again.

Wellstar is the most flexible Healthcare System I ever encountered. It’s personnel are clearly mission oriented as demonstrated by the genuine caring manner and expertise on all contacts. The virtual appointment system effectively bridges the gap between my follow up care needs and the logistical challenges an out of town visit presents. The interaction I experience with my provider lacks nothing. I am so grateful to have this viable option.

My virtual visit took less than 60 seconds. I told him what was happening and he sent me the medicine I needed. I have never had such a concise visit with a doctor. We got straight to business. 10 out of 10 would go to this guy to avoid treatment taking up your entire day. if you’re a person who likes making sure doctors know the minute details of your situation and you like dragging things on, he may not be for you. But if you want to get your medicine and get out, this is your guy. 10/10.

WellStar On is great. You can schedule visits at your convenience, ask questions and get expert advice. The providers are friendly and patient.

Dr. James Campbell was excellent! He listened to my concerns and history and was great about prescribing medications to cure me. I will definitely use this service again!
