The download process, entering information and speaking with a Physician was easy. That said, after the meeting, the doctor failed to call in the medicine to my pharmacy. Instead of WellStar wanting to fix it, they had to set up a claim and I will have to wait 24 hours until they contact the doctor and I can go pick up my prescription.

We choose virtual health apps and tele docs because of the convenience, right? Well this is anything but. The process to download, login and set up an account was a breeze. Choosing a provider, and even the wait for the provider was super convenient. The doctor was awesome. Exactly as expected. However, no where during this process was I told that the turn around time for the prescriptions being sent to the pharmacy WAS 12 HOURS! We use these apps to get the relief we need, quickly and without the fuss. But what good are they if you have to wait 12 HOURS for a prescription to even be called in? Crazy town. The support ladies were nice, but other than “escalate this to someone” they aren’t helpful. You’re just expected to wait. I could have gone to urgent care 6 times over in the amount of time I’ve waited for my prescription to be called in. My pharmacy is as baffled as I am. Unacceptable. This is broken.

Spent a copay and two hours waiting, for a 5 min visit. That’s fine, this sometimes happens. Dr said they’d order a prescription but that never happened. So here’s the problem
1.)there’s no way to follow up on a visit
2.)there’s no way to search for an answer
3.)this doesn’t link with other Wellstar services. I called an urgent care for help, and they’re able to see my visit, but no diagnosis or prescriptions, so my only option is to start all over
