I really wanted to like this app, but it keeps freezing every few seconds on my android phone. Forgive me, but if you are going to charge people for something, it needs to work. I only subscribed, so I could watch REELZ, because it's not available with my current streaming service, and I want to support On Patrol Live. If it's not fixed by this weekend, I'm cancelling

How to fix SelectTV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SelectTV app on iPhone
Update SelectTV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SelectTV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SelectTV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SelectTV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SelectTV Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SelectTV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SelectTV App
1. On android, goto Settings » SelectTV » click [Force Stop]

Update SelectTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SelectTV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SelectTV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SelectTV.

Fix SelectTV unable to contact server/ SelectTV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SelectTV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SelectTV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SelectTV
