Miller s Ale House Ordering Reviews

I placed an order for shrimp scampi bake and all stickers for this order were listed with this name but when I opened container it was the wrong item. I received chicken scampi bake. I paid for shrimp which was a little more money. I called restaurant expecting them to ratify my order but instead I was asked what do I want to do about it. I only got refunded the difference. Overall disappointed with this experience

I don’t get why everytime we get take out there is a problem . Ask for blue cheese get ranch ! The Zingers were so over cooked and dry it wasn’t even funny. The fries with the zinger mountain melt were burnt, I didn’t think that was possible! . I am not sure what scam you are running but it’s illegal to force someone to have to give a tip to order online! I tried to call and order but phone just rang. Finally the recorded message said to use MillersAleHouseOrdering ! It’s pretty sad when you can’t talk to someone to place an order at a local restaurant.
When my husband picked up the food the place was empty so clearly no one was rushing to make the food. We will be finding a new take out place ! Also they now charge a PACKAGING FEE!!! What ?? This place is a joke!

Ale house won’t take orders over the phone. They insist on clients doing online order or ordering at the restaurant.. However, they make it difficult to order through MillersAleHouseOrdering . Wings don’t have a breaded option unless it’s a 12 Wing bundle. What if I don’t want a 12 wing bundle. What if I want 6 wings. Because it’s a bundle I can’t add a cheaper side like 4 count mozzarella sticks. I have to do that from the other singular wing options, however breaded isn’t even available in those options. Who’s running MillersAleHouseOrdering?

I’m giving MillersAleHouseOrdering a 2 because I order one thing and one thing only: Zingers Mac and Cheese. However, I like my zingers tossed in Honey Mustard and Sweet Thai Chili. With that being said, it’s SUPER frustrating when I order in MillersAleHouseOrdering because IT DOESN’T HAVE A SAUCE OPTION. I can choose the sauce for every other Zinger EXCEPT Zingers Mac and Cheese. So I have to call in and ask them to change the sauce and pray I make it in time. I wish I could order over the phone, but I can’t. I can also drive there and order it, but that defeats the whole point of delivery lol.

All I ask is to add a cause option for the Zingers Mac and cheese. The interface is decent and fairly easy to use, but I hate that I’ve been waiting a year for this option to not be added yet. Please add soon devs 😭

Got there at 12:50, ordered 2 burgers for lunch. Waiter didn’t bring the first burger until 12:20 and the 2nd one was served 5 minutes later. Both lunches were warm but not hot. Manager came over and blamed it on having only 2 cooks….do I really care? We’ve had a few hiccups at this location so set your expectations. Next time, we’ll go across the street.

We ordered 2 desserts with our takeout order. We received one dessert & tried to call the restaurant to credit our order. We were transferred, put on hold & hung up on. Serious customer service issues with this restaurant. Food was adequate but cold. Will not be ordering again for a long time.

App is much better you can now select breaded or not. Wish MillersAleHouseOrdering had the ability to easily get back to view the full menu without hitting back a bunch of times

I like the ale house app because it does make ordering easy but there’s no option to order sides a la carte that aren’t French fries or sweet potato fries. I have to call the store to place an order if I want to add a baked potato or other side. It’s frustrating. The website is the same as well. This would be a 5 star review if the entire menu was available.

The manager and the food are perfect, but the phone service is AWFUL. Whenever I have problems with my orders, I call there immediately and they are very rude and hang up the phone when they are still expressing themselves. Yesterday by my mistake, I made a duplicate order, I called BEGGING to cancel and for 5x they hung up the phone without being able to finish expressing myself, and I received the orders being too much for me.

The service is second to none. I usually get curbside. The girls always remember me. They are so professional and personable. Even if they are busy they will stop and Have a short conversation. It makes an old man feel great. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!

MillersAleHouseOrdering was amazing, everything very easy to input. One tip should make a box for soecisl instructions just in case you want something well done. Other than that Bravo !!!!

I’ve been going to this specific location after I moved from New York. The staff and servers are always nice and take good care of me and my family. I love the attention we get. Special thanks to Ethan. Good job. Thanks for being so nice to me an my family.

I tried to order from location near me. App side not taking orders at this time. So I tired to call and a recording said not taking orders over the phone. So I’m guessing they don’t want my business.

They were right on time bringing that delicious burger to my truck. I got this burger, medium rare. There are plenty of french fries in there. If y’all have not gotten the burger before you need to get it cause it will blow your mind. another great meal I love Miller’s.

Tired of cooking at home we went out and grabbed a bite and were glad we did ! It was busy and the food runners were moving quickly from car to car - all wearing protective gear- the food was yummy and fast. Worth the drive and glad we tipped online they worked hard!

There is nothing I could say negative about this place. The food and service is top notch. I travel a lot and have been to many restaurants and this place is one of the best. Thank you for the experience. I highly recommend this place.

The one in Ocean Township just recently opened and I’ve been there five times. Great location, great staff, great food, very clean. This location is going to be packed, especially looking forward to hanging there during football season. Well done to all that contributed to its development!

Lake Grove Miller’s Alehouse is just AWESOME.. Millers were one of the few places that were open for take out in this crazy time. The food was amazing! You have to try their Captain Jacks Pint!! The employee that greeted me was simply wonderful. He was so nice, energetic, and extremely helpful. He made this experience so much better in this crazy time. I think he said his name was Keith or Kevin. I will definitely be back..... Barbara

So after a bad experience with take out I swore off Ale House but those darn zingers call to me. I ordered a zinger salad, burger and separate zingers and fries. The meal was hot and ready for pick up. It was packed up perfectly and had everything I needed. The zinger salad was dreamy and I could eat it daily. Other family members enjoyed their meal as well. Restaurant was pretty empty so I’m hoping this review gets you to go in and try them out!

The best to place to go and eat a good food!! Special if you need a place to go after 10pm when sometimes all the places around are closed.
