Loading straight into a white screen after logging in.

Screen will not work. I have a premium subscription. It sends me to the site and immediately goes to a white blank screen. Going to cancel if not fixed.

Studocu app and website have not worked all day. I have a premium subscription and tried logging into both and I get error 502 and unauthorized messages when I try to log in. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared my browser, cookies, tried logging in with a VPN and no luck.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Studocu app issues:

Force Stop the Studocu App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Studocu app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Studocu to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Studocu App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Studocu app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Studocu.
