I paid for the premium package. It would not open the documents for me to view them. They asked me to pay again for the documents that I never had a chance to view. I am asking for a refund or open the documents. I paid with my PayPal account. I am glad I did so

I had used a one-month premium service and they charged me $35 (quarterly) for it which is ridiculous. I tried contacting support but they denied my request several times. They are just here to rip off students who give their credit card information to them. I would request others not to trust them. It is no big deal to provide a refund to a student who has just downloaded 3 forms. I requested them to deduct one month fee out of $35 but they are just bloody suckers
