Food lion to go app and website will not let me check out due to insufficient funds but I do enough enough funds on my debit card. And it still withdrew $10 off my debit card when it was supposed to be $1.99 pickup fee plus the amount of the groceries.

As soon as I log on to app there is a message stating app must be updated. There is no update at store and views as current version. I have uninstialled the app and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. It will not let me log on since the last alleged update.

Updated app on my android phone and it says it still needs to be updated. Uninstalled and reinstalled app and it still says it needs to be updated!!!!

App is so glitchy. Won’t load. Can’t review receipt or rate shopper anymore. So frustrating! Love online shopping, but this has been going on for so long, I might just give my business to Walmart🤷🏻‍♀️

Reset password, but continue to etmdg that username and password are incorrect. Have not used FL to ho for over a year due to this same problem. Is it just that FL does not want to provide this service?
