I downloaded MyHownd because it was required as was 50 11 trillion other steps to use a skating membership I purchased. The membership that is supposed to show up on MyHownd is nowhere to be found. I chatted with support for them to forward me to their M-F only customer support. Therefore I could not use the membership I had purchased over the weekend. Then on Monday, customer service tells me to update my app, logout and back in of my app (I had literally just downloaded MyHownd 48 hours prior) and even make sure my phone was updated. And if that didn’t work then I should be able to tell the business my name and email with the membership. WHATS THE POINT IN DOWNLOADING MyHownd ?! Absolutely worthless. Oh and the business didn’t honor the membership-has to be in MyHownd .

First off none of the kids skate free rinks are anywhere even close to my state. Also when I tried to cancel my 14 day trial after the first day and not finding anything I could use I couldn’t find where to cancel anywhere so I deleted MyHownd , now that my card has been charged and I downloaded MyHownd again on my phone it won’t even let me open MyHownd , it just sits there with a circle going around for hours. So I can’t cancel now cause I can’t even get into MyHownd to get to my profile. Irritating to say the least. Not ok with paying for a service I can’t use and not ok paying for an app that doesn’t even work. I want a refund for this garbage.

I purchased a membership and haven’t been able to use it because of this horrible app. It says to turn on location services but through the settings functions on my phone, there is not an option for location services at all. I’ve emailed and emailed and emailed , no help is useful. Not worth downloading

Purchased a skating membership. The passes never showed up in MyHownd . I did not receive any emails with the passes. It looks like there used to be chat support but that has been disabled. I have emailed support multiple times and received no response. There is no reason to trust MyHownd. They do not provide what is paid for and there is no way to contact customer support.

I am trying to use local deals so my kids can bowl or skate free with local stores near us that offer deals through my Hownd. I created an account. Downloaded MyHownd , then clicked it to open it, and nothing. Just loads and loads, but nothing ever opens up. Why even have a junk app out there if you aren’t going to take the time to make it work properly?

I can’t express how frustrating this thing is. Purchased for the Kids Skate Free program. Will your kids skate free? Well, no. Will new passes appear in your wallet each week? Also no. Is the ‘annual membership’ good for a full year? Sure doesn’t seem like it! MyHownd is a terrible user experience, but at least you’ll get to troubleshoot with the skate receptionist while a crowd of annoyed families builds behind you.

Recently redownloaded MyHownd to use for free skate and MyHownd would not open. Merchant told me they weren’t able to go in on their end and look my email up or anything. Was not able to redeem my free skates for my kids and they were very disappointed. Fix this problem immediately. I’ve used MyHownd in the past and it worked fine. This time it is very faulty. Does not work.

I downloaded MyHownd to sign up for a roller skating membership and as others have stated after numerous steps, the passes do not show up in the pass. The customer service keeps telling me they see the passes have generated and to re fresh and redownload MyHownd . Which doesnt help. And I still do not have passes and the time I was going to use them for has long since passed. I have been dealing with this for nearly 2 weeks.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I had to download an app to use something that was gifted to me. Customer support was useless when I asked a question and there is no easy way to delete the account I was forced to make to use it. I'll be leaving a bad review for the business that required this as well. It would've been better to just use cash and do whatever with it than be tied to some stupid app that doesn't even work well.

I did what your tech guy says to do on this app web site .I did chat and she was asking me to send a screen shot of what it’s doing infinite circle on start up loading can’t get into app .u can’t even add a screenshot in chat wow your real smart chat agent from my hownd then to top it all off they basically blew me off and told me that though they’ll send an email and two days to help me and that didn’t happen. I spent money on MyHownd to use and I’m calling BBB this is worst app in world at this point never been so mad !

Bought three “gift cards” for a restaurant. Told by staff there I could only use one at a time, so really it’s treated like a coupon, not a gift card. Even better, I couldn’t use any. App requires access to location services, but there was no way to allow it (running latest ios). Manager finally gave up and comped me for the food and drinks, which sounded good after all the hassle. I figured maybe I could use them later. Six days later, though, two of the gift cards show as redeemed. So, they get to reach into your this app wallet and take stuff out. No thanks.

I bought admission passes to the rush fun park then it asked me to download MyHownd so I did and as usual it wants you to create an account. Then it said that they had sent me an email confirmation to my email which I opened it in my spams, but it was not letting me confirm so I asked him to resend it three times and still was not able to confirm. I tried to reach out to customer service. They were no help at all. They just wanted me to refresh my account and they did not work. They want me to wait 48 hours for someone to contact me which I think it’s absolutely not fair because I had plans to spend time with my kids today.

I am a bit ashamed I fell for this one. Clicked on the pop-up ad made to look like a legitimate deal from the verified, large company whose website I was shopping on. Gave them my credit card info when “booking” the professional massage for my wife. I was very tired late on a Friday night. By the time I downloaded the this app app and signed up, there was no deal in the this app wallet, and then it was too late. I realized there never was a time slot that I was asked for, and Google Chrome didn’t even trust the website enough to autofill my credit card info. What was I thinking? I immediately locked my credit card and reported as stolen. New cards en route.

The local indoor skate park offered a great deal of 57% off on 4 hours of play during the summer if we bought this deal from them. Only after I payed for it did I learn that I had to load MyHownd to access my voucher. Did all that and low and behold my voucher isn’t in my app wallet. Shows they had no problem taking my money, but when I got to the skatepark they said they had lots of people ahead all complaining about the same problem. They told me I would have to purchase it again in MyHownd then sort out the refund with my CC company. No way! Erasing this wannabe Groupon app and demanding my CC get my money back.

App downloaded and I was able to sign up for an account but have not received any promo or vouchers that I purchased.

Great idea, but terrible execution. MyHownd doesn’t sync with your purchases. So you will end up buying something, in my case a putt putt package, before you go. Hoping to skip the line and get a discount. After you purchase the package, they want you to download this app to retrieve your purchase, but MyHownd never recognizes your purchase. Great theory that didn’t work out in practice.

So I can redeem my daughter's passes no problem. However, my son's passes are always an issue. I don't know if it's because of length of his name -it seems to push everything down and the redeem button is now cut off by about half and I'm never able to scroll up to then redeem it

MyHownd makes it simple to keep all of the promotions for my favorite local businesses in one place via the wallet section. Easy to find and activate my promos when I’m ready to use them. It is also nice that you redeem the promotion straight through MyHownd !

I found MyHownd through a local business I attend often. They recommended I download it not only for the offers, but for their support for local businesses. If I can save some money at the same time than helping businesses in these tough times, what could be better! I have bought a couple of gift cards. Pretty easy process.

Very impressed with MyHownd so far. Great for connecting with local business which is especially important during these times of Covid. It was recommended by a friend and it’s been a money saver and easy to use.
