I was in events this week and I won 3 new random characters and on one it gave me a emerald toolbox and on the other two it gave me gold crates and I never got any characters from those crates. Is there anything I can provide you to get characters. I have a video of me collecting those events showing I did not get my characters.

Hello, I 've installed Zooba on my kid's Iphone. I have a black screen when launching the app and the app closes automatically after 3-4 sec. I tried restart the Iphone, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zooba, I even tried wiping off the Iphone and reinstalled everything. Zooba is still not working. The Iphone is an Iphone 6 with IOS 12.5.7. Thanks
