I was just trying to play rodeo stampede when as soon as I get the touch to begin screen the game completely freezes.

The PvP button isn’t showing up, so I can’t expand past savannah 3. I was able to access it earlier, but now the button isn’t there.

Hello! I've been having an issue with the PVP stampede mode, for some reason the button has disappeared and I've tried everything but it's not coming back again... This is really annoying as I'd like to upgrade my ship to "Savannah 5", and I have to play PVP mode 5 more times so I'm super stuck on this!

Since the last update I no longer receive a hat when an animal levels up. Missed out on hats for levelling up at least 3 animals to Master level in the Ocean zoo and just levelled up the crane to Master level in Great Wall and didn’t get a hat.

Hello, I downloaded this game years ago and I remembered it this morning and wanted to play it again. Thing is, I was expecting to start from scratch but it put me right back where I left off. This doesn’t seem like a problem, it’s actually quite useful in a different situation, but I just really wanted to be able to redo my progress. I’ve been trying to delete my progress but nothing will work. Is there a way for a dev to step in and delete it? My Game Center username is unicorn nose if that’s helps

So I used to play this game since 2017 or 2018 (still an old version), I signed in with my google play games to save my progress because I think my progress went too far (tundra), then I took a break from this game, and in 2020 or 2021(new updated version), I installed this game again and boom, I should start from the beginning again..... I can't restore my progress, even though I logged in with the same account before, it still doesn't change .... so I should start from the savannah again... Please restore my progress

Whenever I open the game it says "For your best experience, we will be downloading your account back-up if any. This will take a few minutes" When I get to the screen where it shows your zoo and says "Tap to begin" I then tap the screen and it zooms in a bit but then the game freezes and crashes. Everything on my IPad (including the game itself) is updated to the latest version and when I get to the Tap to begin screen at the top the signed into Game Center account thing pops up so that isn't the problem.
