I keep getting prompts to tell me to start fasting when I'm already fasting. It's like the app has me fasting at two different times at the same time. This is annoying and concerning.

Loads of adverts on my app. I’m now stuck in an advert. I cannot get out of the ‘blank’ page. If if delete the app and reinstall I will loose nearly 3years of data. What can I do?

I set wrong start time for fast and did not realize until this morning… looks like a 24 hr fast which it is not. App won’t let me back set the time… is there a way to do it… I started my fast last night at 6;00PM and should end at 8:00AM … anything I can do?

I’ve been tracking my data on my phone since February. I got a new phone today, copied all of my apps and data, but can’t open the app to start my evening fasting. Instead, it wants me to open an online account, which I never had, and don’t want. I’m getting my normal prompts to start, but can’t get to the right site. Advice?
