Follow these steps to resolve intermittent EF Traveler app issues:

Force Stop the EF Traveler App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click EF Traveler app. » click "Force Stop".

Update EF Traveler to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EF Traveler App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "EF Traveler app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch EF Traveler.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
