- GoToGate held onto a $60 service fee

- GoToGate refused to refund their $60 lack-of-service charge

- Virtual card used with GoToGate has suddenly been getting fraudulent charges

- Thousands of users complaining about them on facebook

How to fix Gotogate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gotogate app on iPhone
Update Gotogate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gotogate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gotogate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gotogate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Gotogate Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Gotogate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gotogate App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gotogate » click [Force Stop]

Update Gotogate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gotogate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gotogate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gotogate.

Fix Gotogate unable to contact server/ Gotogate internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gotogate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gotogate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gotogate
