due to covid my flight was cancelled and to date, i have not been able to get a refund from go to gate i am shocked at no contact number to speak to anyone about it are they a legitimate company? can we all file a collective claim against them?

I booked flight from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth and return with order number M3KELF with a cost of R1306.81. However, to my surprise an amount of R 6 456.83 was authorised for the same trip from my account. Please assist.

booked through gotogate - they got so many things wrong - sent messages about the wrong country.' was told to provide details for a visa and not needbook through them again ed for Brazil , got my name spelt wrong and they cant change it even though Ive paid them £34 to do so , so name is different from passport, theres no number I can phone - they dont care- never go near them again for bookings - despicable lot!

We wanted to book a package deal with Booking.com.They told us we would get 10% off if we booked the Hotel and the flights together. We found a hotel where we wanted to stay and then looked for flights on the days we wanted to travel. We found and booked them and noticed that in small print they had been booked with GotoGate. We checked the Jetstar site but they had no booking, so we checked our bank account and found that GotoGate had taken $500.92c but had not booked any flights with Jetstar. We emailed Booking.com who said that we would have to get a refund from GotoGate. GotoGate now tell us that Booking.com is liable. Neither wants to refund the money, where do we go now?

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE SCAMMERS. Customer service is non existent. They gave us a bogus phone number in Sweden that appears to be out of service. Their Contact page on their website shows a telephone symbol implying that we could speak with a human. Yet the body of the page HAS NO PHONE NUMBER. These guys are probably the same ones who know a Nigerian princess in need our support.
