Took four or five attempts to download Fotosmile. We still can’t access our photos from Grand Canyon West after paying fifty dollars for them. We have reached out to customer support (they only provide an email address) and haven’t received a response.
We’d like the photos we paid for of our once-in-a lifetime memories. I guess we’ll have to settle for a refund…maybe.

So I have to download Fotosmile to be able to get my photos from Grand Canyon? And the only thing that Fotosmile does is to save the photos to my phone?? The level of stupidity is very high. Why not just let people download an archive or individual pictures from browser?? This is crazy.

I only received two of the seven images we purchased at the Grand Canton. Once in a lifetime memories dependent on retaining a receipt with a QR code which of course we lost before the images completed the download. Why not offer a text message option for retrieving images? Who expects a tourist to hold on to a receipt to secure their digital photos? This is horrible. I am crushed.

Not sure why Fotosmile turned out to be dumb.. Kudos to the partners who partnered without testing.. Fotosmile showed “Empty Gallery” when I tried to fetch 2 of my albums that were accessible via web browser.. The quality of the pictures are terrible and that’s a whole different story.. Not at all Happy with Fotosmile or the service..
