Hoping for an update and troubleshooting. Was afraid my Candy Bong Z was fake after some issues with a shop I bought from, but after reviewing videos of what is fake versus real, I’m fairly certain this is real. (The store is still not a good place to buy from though, in case anyone who knows me reads this.)

The colours are where they should be, the Z is on the front, the LEDs are nice and smooth, and the sticker on the box is holographic and legible. It came with the instructions, lanyard, and photo card.

In any case, when I hold the button ten seconds, it does flash through the correct colours, but my Bluetooth doesn’t even recognise it is there. I tried restarting me phone, turning my Bluetooth off and on, and obviously reinitialising the CB several times. I also tried seeing if my iPad Mini would just see it in its Bluetooth settings. No luck. My only other idea is that maybe my iPhone 11 Pro was too New and that the iPad Mini, released in 2018, might have an older Bluetooth card or something.

It’s still a fun and cute light stick, but I really wanted the colour changing functionality. Could the developers please try to find a solution? Love you!

I checked MULTIPLE times if my CB was real or fake, but I can assure you that it’s 100% real. Yet I’m not sure whether it’s my phone, the CB, or CandyBongZ having issues :( It won’t connect even after I fixed, replaced, and correctly put in the batteries. I even tried initializing before AND during while I was trying to connect, yet it’s still not connecting… I’ve done everything I could, hopefully it’s CandyBongZ ’s fault so I can look forward for an update..! I will re-do this review if it works one-day.

I tired CandyBongZ the day I got my light stick and it didn’t work but for some reason it does now. I updated my phone in between not sure if that had anything to do with it but I’m really happy to be able to use it for the concert

The other day I used it to guide a plane to safety. The day after I signaled God himself to make it rain for our farms. The same night I used the Candy Bong to light up a small country. I discovered a new species using the Candy Bong in a cave.

It’s easy to use, hard to look away. Beautiful.

I keep trying to connect the CBZ so I could change its colors but it won’t work I keep trying and trying is it a problem from my phone or is it a problem with my stick. Hope you can fix the problem soon :)

But, I can't put in the upcoming concert date yet. Will the world tour concerts be added? The only ones are from Twice Lights.

Anyways, It's so cool to see that this works and connects! It's so bright and vibrant.

I tried doing holding the button from the this app and pressing start in CandyBongZ and it still won’t work...i know for a fact that my lightstick is real.. i don’t know why it doesn’t want to connect

Just connected mine. Really quick and easy to do. I can finally change the colors with my phone. :)

It connects perfect however CandyBongZ is not updated for their newest tour III so I am wondering if their will be bluetooth at that concert?

The light stick is not connecting to CandyBongZ anymore. I was able to connect it when I originally got it and just tried it again today with no success. It doesn’t even come up on my Bluetooth at all and it doesn’t connect through CandyBongZ .

when will the new concert dates be added to CandyBongZ ?? my concert is tomorrow and i want to be able to connect my seat ticket

Can you please update the seating and concert dates for the 2022 concerts? My concert is in New York City in a week! It’d be amazing if it would work for all of the Onces that have waited for so long to see Twice again

Great app, connected with no problems but I hope it will be updated before the world tour starts!

My iPhone XR can not recognize the Candy Bong Z! :(

Its not even letting me connect with the candybong. At least update CandyBongZ a little bit so it works. It just looks like they uploaded CandyBongZ and left it. This is why I dont like kpop companies sometimes.

CandyBongZ doesn’t open. I turned off my phone, deleted CandyBongZ multiple times, updated my phone and nothing worked. It keeps crashing! Help!!!

I love twice though so I give 5 stars

I kept deleting and downloading my app over and over again and it just wont open can anyone explain?
