Have not been able to download pictures now it’s says they’re no longer available
Doesn’t Work

Took four or five attempts to download this app. We still can’t access our photos from Grand Canyon West after paying fifty dollars for them. We have reached out to customer support (they only provide an email address) and haven’t received a response.
We’d like the photos we paid for of our once-in-a lifetime memories. I guess we’ll have to settle for a refund…maybe.

So I have to download the app to be able to get my photos from Grand Canyon? And the only thing that the app does is to save the photos to my phone?? The level of stupidity is very high. Why not just let people download an archive or individual pictures from browser?? This is crazy.

This app and it’s customer service are the worst. Photos never downloaded and customer service gives you the run around.
