It crashes and won’t open up. I rebooted my phone and it’s still not working. I got notifications that my child was tagged but app won’t open up.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Campanion app issues:

Force Stop the Campanion App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Campanion app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Campanion to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Campanion App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Campanion app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Campanion.

Fix Campanion unable to contact server/ Campanion internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Campanion » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Campanion » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Campanion on android.
