My app won’t do anything that is available on the website. It only offers a Covid form, which I don’t need as my camper is already there. Further the web interface is very challenging to use. My wife using the online system on computer managed to send the same email twice as there is no feedback that anything changes when hitting submit. I was on my phone and did the same thing. Paying a dollar for an email is insane. Paying twice for a sketchy user interface is worse.

We used Campanion last year and it was very straightforward. I am not sure what changed or why but it is a big fail.

This is a must have if one of your children go to camp. I wish they had this last year so I wouldn’t have to scroll through every picture just to find my son at his camp. I can’t believe a camp app has facial recognition.. other apps should follow this. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars was because I wanted to include a picture when I send my son a letter through Campanion. Other than that this is great!

For those of us who miss our kids, this is the perfect way to get to see them when there away. I check it daily!

My daughter started camp on Monday and saw some photos this morning. Looks like your hit rate was 100% (small sample size obviously). In years past we were able to have siblings and grandparents added so that they could send letters and see photos. I can’t find that capability on Campanion. Am I missing something.

Tag rate was good. My daughter was hit and miss because she wears glasses. On water sports days she did not and wasn’t tagged in many photos. I did love how much easier it was to save pictures to my phone and share with family and friends their adventures at camp.

Made emailing the kids and looking at their photos easy and convenient. Facial recognition worked well when the photo was straight on. You still need to scan the group pics to find them in larger group shots but overall a great start!

This is the best app! Thank you so much!!!! I love how it tags the photos of my son and how easy it is to write him!!!!! You guys should partner with touch note so that you can send snail mail :) I would pay for that !

Loved using Campanion . So easy and face recognition worked well for us. Just need to fix the letter part. Cannot see what we type past the first paragraph. Would use Campanion again and wish my daughter’s camp was using it !

We just loved all the pictures and saw how much fun the Sinclair boys had again this summer. Thank you all for making another summer so great for the Sinclair brothers. They love Camp Rio Vista❤️❤️❤️! See you next year!!!

Worked fairly decently in finding my child’s face during camp although there were many pictures that it missed. Was nice to be able to have all camp photos on my mobile. Latest update does not work at all. App crashes before it opens every time.

Tagging feature is amazing! I don’t have to scroll through tons of pictures to find my son.

I felt a little weird about uploading a photo of my son to feed a facial recognition engine, and of the fact that I can see photos of EVERYONE’S kids in Campanion . But I did it anyway, and Campanion has utterly failed to find more than three photos of my son. My wife found many more by manually flipping through the photos. So, potential privacy concerns paired with poor results means Campanion is getting deleted.

We’ve been loving this app! It’s so nice to receive alerts of camp photos. No more searching through lots of albums. Such a time saver!

Brilliant Easy app to navigate. Great way to feel a part of our daughters experience. Consistent and frequently updated.

The photo recognition is really amazing. Will save you hours of looking for your kids through all the camp pics. Bravo!

Campanion has been & continues to be so frustrating. The update installed now doesn’t allow Campanion to even open up!! Get it together people only use Campanion for 2 months a year!! Beyond annoying & disappointing.

It’s great when it works but when I hit Campanion the logo comes up and after about 10 seconds it closes without ever opening

Love Campanion but can’t open it since the most recent update.

Just got my first photos found from camp last night, amazing - thank you.

The facial recognition is mistagging my kids and there’s no way to tell Campanion which pics are correct and which are wrong. If you can’t do that then how is it ever going to get better??

Lots of cool things. Past letters, and photos from our campers would be cool

Tried to get access to my camp- told me camp hadn’t started yet. Tried to up load my daughter’s photo told me something went wrong. Tried numerous pictures, still could not get it to work. Don’t waste your time
