Mine doesn’t do anything

My app won’t do anything that is available on the website. It only offers a Covid form, which I don’t need as my camper is already there. Further the web interface is very challenging to use. My wife using the online system on computer managed to send the same email twice as there is no feedback that anything changes when hitting submit. I was on my phone and did the same thing. Paying a dollar for an email is insane. Paying twice for a sketchy user interface is worse.
We used this app last year and it was very straightforward. I am not sure what changed or why but it is a big fail.
Worthless

I felt a little weird about uploading a photo of my son to feed a facial recognition engine, and of the fact that I can see photos of EVERYONE’S kids in the app. But I did it anyway, and the app has utterly failed to find more than three photos of my son. My wife found many more by manually flipping through the photos. So, potential privacy concerns paired with poor results means this app is getting deleted.
Why is the update now blocking any usage?!

This app has been & continues to be so frustrating. The update installed now doesn’t allow the app to even open up!! Get it together people only use this app for 2 months a year!! Beyond annoying & disappointing.
