This review is as of 9SEP21. I was unable to accept the terms and conditions on MySPS ’s login page, “accept” was greyed-out. After repeatedly exiting out of MySPS , and pulling it up again, it finally let me accept the terms and conditions. However, once that was done, MySPS mandated you provide a work phone number, it was not immediately apparent that you can delete that field. Sorry, SPS that’s none of your business, and I don’t need you calling me while I’m at work. Finally, there are fees for paying through MySPS . Useless.

Been out here forever....see an update for bug fixes and still says coming soon...disappointed!

MySPS is a pure garbage. Fire your IT people

I downloaded app but did not save to iPhone. Only way I can use app is through MySPS Store

The Requested resource doesn’t exist….it keeps saying that when I try to put my phone number. Cannot move forward cannot use app.

Why have an app out there that when you download it says coming soon. Why not wait until after MySPS is complete until offering it.

This is a useless waste of time. Definitely a garbage app that doesn’t work from the moment you get it. I deleted same day . Do you think I’m going to put my payment information in an app that can’t even get registration right without screwing up?

If your loan is transferred or brought by this company… run you hear me Run, to get it refinanced with another lender as soon as you can! This company charges a fee just to pay your mortgage, and the customer service reps are rude at times. A class action suit needs to filed against them for taking advantage of people, and I will sign every paperwork I could to make it happen.

Why do I need to enter the same information that you already have for me? Most apps do that, if you already have a profile done on the web, why do I need to provide it again? Work on you Integration. The reason for the 1 star is because MySPS doesn’t work, after entering all the information, it gives a technical error, and asks to try again later. It been happening for a while, so I can’t even use MySPS . Useless.

I’ve been getting the “working on it” message for a year now. When I call in they have to talk to multiple supervisors about it. They are not working on it at all - just liars - how hard can this be ???

I like that they are always updating the features in MySPS .
I also like that I can make payments through here

Made a payment in 30 seconds, 15 of the being in shock at how easy it was to do. So very much better then the web site.

I was able to make a payment with MySPS today without a hitch.

I just made my mortgage payment on MySPS. It is much improved more user friendly and visually appealing.
I haven’t had any issue with it its my second time using it.
If possible please keep MySPS the way it is in my opinion its perfect.
The team design it did a fantastic job.

The new app is much much better. The last one was the worst. Thank you for updating MySPS and listening to the customers.

Recently had my mortgage servicing transferred to SPS. So far, I’m not impressed. It’s 2019 and we have a financial institution with national reach without a working mobile app or an API that can integrate with financial aggregation tools like Mint.

As an Apple and DevOps administrator, MySPS release is atrocious. You can tell they have no real cultural investment in the Apple ecosystem. They released MySPS to the public without it working at all, which implies they are either unaware or ignorant of the beta and TestFlight systems available to them.

Just poor form. Please correct these problems ASAP.

Hmmmmm... MySPS is suspect! I put my log in credentials and a message says coming soon and still in construction ! Why don’t MySPS have a message letting people know before they attempt to put their info. Maybe I should change my log in info.

Why does MySPS exist if it isn’t operational? I can download it and there is a sign in screen to waste my time only to be met with an “under construction” flag after entering my login info. The last update was 2 months ago and this has been going on since at least July per reviews. How long does it take to build an app??? Pathetic.

It has been over a year and MySPS is still under construction.
It says “Coming soon, are you excited”...honestly, no. My patience has worn thin.
They really need to remove MySPS from MySPS Store but, then again, they have accumulated $15 for every transaction done through online payments.
I would have given 1-2 stars had they actually been working on it, giving updates, communicating with their customers, etc. but there has been nothing.
Even my trash company finally got an app to help their customers make payments more efficiently.

Makes you go through sign up process after downloading just to say it’s not available. Shouldn’t be available in the store if it’s not ready. From the reviews, this looks to be a 5 month issue now.

Like the person in the previous review said, MySPS is not ready! Really. It says if you already use the online site to make payments all you have to do is enter your name and password. You put in your user name and password and a header comes up and says it’s still under construction, and they will let you know when it’s ready. Obviously not a big priority for them. I understand that they may want to make sure it’s a secure app, but why put it out before it’s ready lol.

The only reason that I don’t give a ZERO, it is because the option is available, otherwise I would.
My mortgage should have stayed with Mr. Cooper, this Select Portfolio Servicing is useless. I don’t understand why management will create an app that doesn’t even work, even on their website, the company charges $5 dollars extra for making an online payment. Which one is better, mailing the payment, or paying online( no brainer). Customers get punished for paying the company quicker and a more efficient way. Wow...! You guys have a lot to learn from Mr. Cooper. If It were up to me, I would move my mortgage back to Mr. Cooper.

Tried MySPS again. Required an update. Thought perhaps it is now ready for use. Though wrong! Still under construction. Why would an app be available for download, then require an update and still under construction?
