I’m pleading with our organization to move to a more reliable solution like Concur.
Airbase is a great example of a use case where the developers and designers didn’t or don’t use the end product. Lots of bugs and UX gaps that have me, surprisingly, wishing that we were using Concur again to file expenses.
App won’t open so not able to expense
Portions of Airbase such as the expense reimbursement are so unusable they shouldn’t even be marketed as being features. Please remove these feature until they have been properly QAed. Happy New Year!
Airbase has helped me worry less about expenses and submit them on the go
Use it all the time to make requests, and add receipts and notes for transactions with my corporate card. Super easy and fast.
I was pretty excited to use this app, but the mobile app is pretty sub par. Two major gripes:
1. After uploading a receipt to a recent transaction, Airbase tells me I haven’t selected a category even after I undoubtedly selected a category. It then will not let you save the edits you made to the charge.
2. No option to edit/manage transactions for virtual cards. This is especially critical for ride sharing apps where it is more convenient to upload a receipt from your phone in real time, as opposed to downloading an email receipt and uploading through your computer long after your ride.
One positive note keeping this from being a one star review - Transactions seems to appear instantly through a notification on my phone after using my physical card. Perfect for capturing a receipt right after you make the purchase.
