Buggy (and has been for months)
If you try and attach “additional files” on a reimbursement request the app crashes. It doesn’t detect British pound from a receipt you upload or take in the app. I’m pleading with our organization to move to a more reliable solution like Concur.

Has me wishing for the days of Concur
This app is a great example of a use case where the developers and designers didn’t or don’t use the end product. Lots of bugs and UX gaps that have me, surprisingly, wishing that we were using Concur again to file expenses.
