How can I cancel my account. I cannot sign into my account on my tv because it only has numbers on the remote. I cannot cancel my account because I dont know if it is ios tv or what. Please just cancel my account so that I dont pay that 10.00 per month.

When I try to create a BET PLUS account I get the message that I already have an account. I have not set up a BET PLUS account. I also get the message saying that an email will be sent to my email to reset the password. I never got an email.

Overcharged my account

I love my BET+, but the app has connectivity issues. It takes 5 minutes for the app to stop buffering and when it does come through it doesn't display any of the shows and no shows play. It has been over a week that this has been happening. I have changed HDMI ports, restarted my fire stick, deleted the app and redownloaded it and nothing has changed. My issue with all of this is that you will be taking your money on time every time, but I cannot watch my shows when I want to. I am paying for no service ? That is unacceptable. Hello I signed up for the free 7 days trial period which ended today. I canceled the subscription yesterday as I am not pleased with it however, this morning at 4am, I was charged for a year. I need to cancel this and get my money refunded and I am not able to get through anyone in customer service. I try to support but, this is not a way to do business at all. This service is trash! BET needs to do better. If I pay for a subscription via Amazon Prime, and the money has been taken out of my account, can anyone answer why I can't access it on my Amazon fire stick? I canceled my Subscription for the free trial before it was over and I still was charged. Now I go on to the web site and see that it wasn’t canceled and guys are trying to charge me for the month of March. I try to cancel that and “mysteriously” it’s not allowing me too.
