How to fix Mocha VNC app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mocha VNC app on iPhone
Update Mocha VNC app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mocha VNC iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mocha VNC on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mocha VNC network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mocha VNC Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mocha VNC not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mocha VNC App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mocha VNC » click [Force Stop]

Update Mocha VNC to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mocha VNC App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mocha VNC » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mocha VNC.

Fix Mocha VNC unable to contact server/ Mocha VNC internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mocha VNC » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mocha VNC » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mocha VNC
