Imo s Pizza Online Ordering Reviews

I downloaded ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering and used for months to build up squares/“points.” I had enough for a free appetizer and wanted to redeem it so I applied the squares.

When I went to check out, it would not verify my card (nothing wrong with my card), info was entered multiple times and it just wouldn’t comprehend.

I closed ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering because it wasn’t working, only to find out it *took away an appetizers worth of squares* and left nothing in the cart.

So essentially, it stole the points I had racked up. Oh, and I couldn’t order bc the payment won’t go through. Fail

3rd party redirect for credit card payments? It’s 2023 your company should be more than capable of accepting Apple Pay, or even just entering your card information on ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering . Instead it make us redirect to a third party website to enter our credit card information in.

Not to mention if you were apart of the old imos rewards program you can kiss your account and points goodbye. Can’t even make a new account if you have the same phone number as your old account.

It seems like Imos went cheap with their app which is really disappointing. My family and I love Imos, what use to be such a simple process became overly difficult and frustrating, which means we rarely order anymore.

Fix ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering . I just want to put in my card info and place an order. Why does it redirect me back to the checkout screen without my previously-entered info saved? This isn’t new, I’ve read the reviews from well over a year ago, and these people have the same issues. You keep jacking up the prices and not offering much in return, and you’re gonna lose customers that way.

ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering and website redirect you to a 3rd party for credit card purchases. Every time I put my info in it bounces back and won’t complete the purchase. I get a split second where something red flashes on the top of the screen but can’t make out anything so that’s super unhelpful… Then you call the store and they can’t take card info over the phone. I’m actively trying to give you money and can’t….

ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering is okay but I cannot use my gift card. It’s a digital gift card that is from my children because it’s the best pizza in town. I verified it through the Imo’s website. My local store has no way to ‘run’ the card due to its digital format & ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering declines it. So I have a useless $100 piece of paper. I have emailed customer service 3 times now with absolutely zero response. Disappointing.

I do not like ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering . I can never find the coupons and deals. I have to go to the Imo’s website to find them and then after getting into the the order, it eventually asks if you want to go to ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering . Just not user friendly at all.

It takes ages to unlock anything through the rewards system. It takes MULTIPLE orders (and most of our orders are over $40) just to unlock a salad. I get twice as much through Pizza Hut. The coupons never work. I tried $5 off $25 (the bill was $37) and it kept saying I didn’t meet the minimum requirements. The food is delicious but Imo’s is STINGY.

Imo’s struggled adopting ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering based world we live in but when they finally did they picked the worst most archaic payment provider. We were not expecting you to accept digital currency but a simple payment transaction option like every other business that doesn’t send us out of ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering to a third party checkout. Your menu is not cheap and I always feel I get what I pay for with the exception of ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering . If you ever improve the payment process I would be happy to give my feedback of your app. Btw this wasn’t a unsolicited review, you sent me a link so…. awkward

If the store chooses not to accept online ordering ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering is pointless. How are we offered specials only available online but you aren’t allowed to place and order online.

Ok like I said don’t let the 3 stars fool ya because I’d personally give Imos a million stars if I could because I absolutely love Imos pizza it’s hands down the best thing since sliced bread my favorite is a bacon pizza with extra cheese and a house salad with of course extra cheese my only complaints would be sometimes #1 when i get extra cheese my pizza is kinda soggy like it needs a little extra time cooking and lately my pizza has been stuck the box #2 is ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering sure it’s not hard to use but I don’t care for it it’s just really confusing at times and the coupons and stuff need to be set up differently and it would be nice if there was more ways to squares thanks to whom ever is reading these

We are not from St. Louis originally and we do not care for Provel Cheese. someone told us that we could order pizza with only mozzarella. We are going to try that tonight. But we had to call the restaurant to do that because that was not an option in ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering . Could another option be added to cheese of “mozzarella only“ in ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering ?

Depends on a debit card or a credit card it may work or not. The workaround is to too choose cash & pay physically in store.a

Things that need to be added, that seem normal from other pizza apps.
Apple Pay, or google or whatever.
When you tap the info boxes, it should pull up your normal info, street address, store, past orders, and a real checkout…not that weird 3rd party that makes you type your card number and info, again. The tracker is almost a good shot.
Next. The dorsett store. I have been using this one for decades. The consistency and quality is significantly lower than other stores. 1 out of 5 orders is decent. For the cost of the pizza compared to the other places, and the ability to eat in, it should be superior to Cecil’s, papa’s and dominos. I would love and be proud to own a franchise and make it the experience IMOS once had. I know it comes with difficulties, but you don’t buy it without the intentions of serving the best product, service and experience you can give. Your employees should have your best interests as if the owner was providing the service. Lions choice is a better version of a St. Louis original that keeps uping the customers expectations.
In my opinion, IMO’s.

Overall I like ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering & it’s always easier to order ahead. I do wish they would change the rewards a bit. You currently have to spend $15 in one order to collect rewards. But, If you mostly order just for one person you miss out on these rewards. It would be nice if it added up all your orders so people who might not spend as much as others could also build up their rewards.

Really appreciate the work put into ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering recently as an Imo’s costumer. Very easy to navigate and now I can order all my food within ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering which before would open safari and direct you to the website before you could place an order

I love IMO’s, mainly for their staff, but obviously for the food as well, SO much. ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering makes it so much easier to order. I love that it saves my recent orders. I can easily just “reorder” my overly complicated salad and have it delivered (with the option of cash or card payments) in under 60 seconds if I needed to. It’s so convenient.

I’ve been in this area for four years and this is the only pizza place I come to. Friendly faces, nice and polite and not to mention those guys are hilarious. I love it. everyone knows how good it is, the pizza speaks for itself?❤️

I think ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering works great. I’ve never had any problems with ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering or getting the correct order. I’m happy for the rewards too. The food is great. Keep up the good work!

Just moved from Legendary Hampton location to Oakville. Service and quality have been awesome. Dinner solution every time our evening events run long and need someone to cook for us!

Not sure why they have a low rating. Imo’s is a regional franchise and ImosPizzaOnlineOrdering works great. Tracker works well, menus are up to date, and the points system is great.
